Horrible experience with manager named Kathy! I called about a return and asked to speak to a manager as I wanted to get correct information. She answers the phone very rushed and completely rude and told me that I had the front end and they could’ve answered this!!! Obviously I don’t work there so how was I supposed to know this?!?!?! Her time must be so precious she can’t take the time to speak to us lowly customers…..the ones paying her salary after all!!!! The rest of the conversation was just as bad but I think you get the idea. I’ve even contemplated inquiring about employers on a part time basis but NO THANK YOU would I ever work for a person like that!!!!!

The store was messy & looked understaffed, but my husband was thrilled. He hates shopping but found a loofah that holds a bar of soap inside. He was very excited. She while he was mad i made him go, he left happy.

Recently visited store. Helping my sister redecorate a guest room in her home.
Ginger, sales representative was incredibly helpful and gracious. Large furniture items purchased. Store employee, Tim, assisted with loading all of our items in the car. He was so pleasant. Was a pleasure doing business at the Marshalls in Maricopa.

I recently visited Marshall's in Maricopa and was impressed by their decent prices and good selection. We picked up some baby clothing for a baby shower and found the store to be clean and well-organized. The staff was helpful and friendly, making the shopping experience enjoyable. Overall, a solid place to find quality items at reasonable prices.
