“I wanted to acknowledge the amazing job our phlebotomist did this morning. My daughter is absolutely terrified of needles but left feeling very comfortable, in addition to saying that she hadn’t even felt the needle. The phlebotomist was also very kind and professional. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, but she was a younger woman with short, dark, curly hair. There are so many bad reviews about this place so I hope she sees this and knows she is appreciated.”
