“I wanted to acknowledge the amazing job our phlebotomist did this morning. My daughter is absolutely terrified of needles but left feeling very comfortable, in addition to saying that she hadn’t even felt the needle. The phlebotomist was also very kind and professional. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, but she was a younger woman with short, dark, curly hair. There are so many bad reviews about this place so I hope she sees this and knows she is appreciated.”

You don’t need a Doctor to order tests.
I was going to get labs done and while I waited a woman came in and her lab order was for a place that closed and she was told to get a Doctor to reorder from them. They refused to do the test without it. I told her to call Southwest Healthstyles and the order was done immediately. She was very happy because she needed it for a job.”
