“I was a bit hesitant based on some of the recent reviews and it being my first time here.Check in was quick and the front office people were professional and thorough. I didn't have to wait much before getting called back and my arrival time (maybe 10 minutes) and there were a few others there.I really want to give a shout out to Alicia who drew my blood. She was kind, friendly, and quick. I have never had my blood drawn in one poke and/or the needle movement in the skin; Alicia the first that didn't have issues with the needle and finding my vein.”
