I've been going here for the last 4 years. I recently went in with my daughter to get our nails done for my wedding and was told they dont do designs but I have gotten it done before im not sure why all a sudden they dont or just told us that. My aunt had went in before us and was not happy with her nails.

I have lived in Maricopa for 5 months now and have tried all the nail salons in the area. This one is by far the worst and most expensive. After one day, my gel nail polish already has lost polish because she did not paint the tips. Both my big toe nails got infected because they did not cut the toe nails properly. Plus they charge $3.00 fee to use a credit card.

I got the #7 $50 Spa Pedicure W/Crystal Scrub & Callus Remover and it was sooooo relaxing and therapeutic. 1st time here but not my last. Loved every minute of it!

I have been going here since we moved here in March. My acrylic nails constantly lift and I have had 3 new sets since moving from
IL in March, and need another set because they look awful!
Yesterday, 9/11, because we are new to the area and this place was our comfort zone, my husband and I stopped in for our every 3 week pedicures. It was by far, the worst pedicures both my husband and I have received in 30
years.
Today my toes look absolutely horrible,
not to mention the girl cut down more of my already short nails even when I said not to!
I have tried to call but can’t get through.
This service we paid $95 for (two pedicures and one broken nail) was completely unacceptable, and no, we won’t go back to have them fix it.
We really should have refused to pay, but my husband being a LEO does not like conflict, so
we left, never to return!
Going to IL next week and will visit our nail tech of 20 years and once I get a new set, I will update photos of excellent work, that lasts!!
Please, if you’re reading this, who is the best person (with lots of experience and good reviews for pedicures and gel & acrylic nails in Maricopa?
And yes, my feet are not the best looking,
lots of surgeries on them but I am58 years old and take care of myself and my feet have never looked dry and icky like this.

First time trying this nail salon yesterday Poor customer service. Walked in and was never greeted. The workers simply turned and stared. Have never experienced this before. So glad there are other choices.

Tried it because I thought it was best reviewed, many times. Don't bother. Calling, they don't really go by appointments. Guy is not nice on phone and in person. Too many people, you have to wait. The workers just rush through it and roll their eyes when they see more people - they need a break. My gel mani all came off. The filing wasn't done right. And, not worth the price. Plenty of other places to go to - do that.

Came in ... Sat for 10 mins and nobody said hello or anything. Would walk by to get nail polish and not say anything. Didn't know you needed to sign in until another's person came in 10 mins later... I just ended up leaving. I won't be back! B Luxury Nails .. just down the street, said Hello when the door opened
