Very rude person behind the food counter would not give me my pretzel till I paid like iam going to steal a darn pretzel. Then went to get hot cheese and filled two small containers and the girl stocking the red bulls said it will cost a dollar I have gotten before with out paying so I left them there guess what she had to throw away waste of cheese poor customer service.

Where's qt in the valley all the other qts managed to have their lunch stuff ready and plenty for everybody but every time I'm at this location all their food is always wiped out gone I only go to QT because I am a service worker so when I need gas I would like to be able to get lunch as well but whenever I get to this location never works out please hire all new staff somebody who's actually wanting to work

Out of all the QT’s I’ve been to this one had to be the nastiest and dirtiest. Counters all sticky and spilt soda. The floors sticky. The roller grills empty. It was only 4:30 pm. The bathrooms yuck. Not stopping here again

So the soda machine is out of ice for five days now. A very nice employee was giving out ice from the cafe until the manager told her to stop. I just watched multiple people walk out. Seriously, you have bagged ice. Break open a bag before losing customers. I got better service at the circle K. It feels weird to even say that.

We've lived in Maricopa for a year as of last month. In that year, we've tried getting our favorite cold drink (frozen cappuccino) from this QT location at least once or twice per month. The machine has only been 1.) running in the first place and 2.) properly mixing the drink ONE of those times. This is pretty freaking ridiculous. Just... how.
