Store was a mess tonight, cashiers looked burnt out and one of them was in LITERAL TEARS, whichever manager let this happen should be ASHAMED of themselves, store is way too busy for them to handle. I rather not support this store that treats their employees like garbage, I’ll shop at Marshals from now on.

I am disappointed with the way my daughter was treated at this Ross location. What should have been a simple shopping trip turned into a humiliating and stressful experience. She was charged more than the price listed for every item and, worst of all, she was wrongly accused of stealing.
Imagine being an honest customer, paying for your items, and then being made to feel like a criminal in front of strangers. It was unfair, unkind, and completely unacceptable.

Before this visit, you could already sense the burnout in the employees at checkout and that they don’t get the support they need. Today’s experience just reinforced that.
I was really disappointed with how this location speaks to and treats their employees. During my visit, I witnessed what I assumed at the time were three managers standing around chatting on the floor for about 10 minutes, while another manager (or assistant manager) belittled an employee in front of everyone. This happened more than once—first with one elderly employee, then again with another employee who nervously asked if they wanted a certain person to stay. Instead of support, one of the managers stopped chatting just to speak to him in a condescending way.
Once the managers noticed I was watching, they quickly scattered. I confirmed with one of them that they were in fact managers and shared my concerns directly. I told him that while employees sign on to do a job, they don’t sign on to be spoken to like they’re nothing. Respect and tone matter—you can be assertive without being demeaning. How you treat your employees reflects in your store culture, and if there’s a high turnover here, management should take a hard look at themselves.
Unfortunately, the manager I spoke with laughed while I was giving feedback, which only reinforced my concerns. I truly hope this store re-evaluates its leadership and prioritizes respect for its employees

Why are the fitting rooms closed? At 7:30 pm. They should be open all the time

Locked doors at 8:20am with employee standing out in the heat... no one told her they were running late... Mad disrespectful... Mostly to that poor employee just tryna get paid but also the community depends on yall to tell the truth about your hours. If you open at 8, the doors should not be locked and store dark at 8:20am. Especially not with that poor employee out there clueless in 95 degree heat.

Hi, I'll try to say this politely and without using any profanity. ANNE, the manager, was physically pushing customers, without anything as little as a, “excuse me”.Many customers kept coming up to complain that she had done the same to them after I went to voice my concerns. I'm not sure when that became a policy, but I’ll be writing multiple reviews until something is done. She also snapped a picture of my friends and me. An associate told me that she usually acts like that which is crazy. ROSS You all need to get your associates together because this is absurd.

Was here about an hour ago and the blonde lady with glasses was EXTREMELY RUDE! She yelled at another cashier (the one that was on register 1) about something like she NEEDED a break more and made me and another person in line very uncomfortable, that promotes a toxic workplace and that cashier should probably find another job.

Bruh what can I say.
I got a towel here brand new for like a quarter of the cost of a towel at Fry’s just next door.
Kids clothes. Great.
Socks. Great.
Wherever I go into Ross in the US I’m always happy.
