I wanted to acknowledge the amazing job our phlebotomist did this morning. My daughter is absolutely terrified of needles but left feeling very comfortable, in addition to saying that she hadn’t even felt the needle. The phlebotomist was also very kind and professional. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name, but she was a younger woman with short, dark, curly hair. There are so many bad reviews about this place so I hope she sees this and knows she is appreciated.

This is a very unprofessional medical collection lab. I brought in my 12-month-old son for blood work, and the staff insisted on trying to find a vein in his forearm, even though there were clearly no visible veins. When I tried to comfort and help hold my baby still, one of the staff members grabbed my arm and pushed it onto my waist to stop me from helping. She didn’t even ask she just grabbed me without asking that’s very unprofessional. My son became extremely uncomfortable and upset and no blood was even drawn.
There are other safe and appropriate methods for babies and toddlers, such as using veins in the hand or foot, or doing a heel or finger stick. The lack of care, professionalism, and understanding of pediatric procedures was very disappointing. This is clearly not a suitable office for infants or toddlers. I would not recommend this lab to any parent.

Always had easy blood draws. But, I also don’t like there not an attendant at the window to help with questions. The facility needs more handicap parking. People need to have their blood drawn usually have medical issues requiring the Sonoran Quest services and have handicap placards. The door should be a handicap accessible door. Young moms with strollers, people with boots, walkers, wheelchairs have a very hard time with the entrance door.

Dropped of poop SAMPLES that was lost and had to do it again. Unacceptable!! Returned another time for another poop test and there was a sign stating returning soon. 20 minutes is not considered SOON

Poor experience. Felt profiled, with attitude and gestures of racism. After calling the staff on their poor service, I was threatened with police presence. I went to the Casa Grande facility, and they were very professional. This place will never be recommended.

I went this morning for a drop off, Maria poor customer service, she was really rude and racist. You can tell she doesn’t like her job.

Staff is super nice.. but slow maybe understaffed... I have made appointments 3 times and have gotten seen 20 to 30 minutes after my appointment. When you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment that's a 45 minute wait.

My appointment was on a Friday morning during a time when they were not busy. I was even called in early for my appointment. Unfortunately, Lucy was the tech on duty. She acted as if being me there was a huge inconvenience. Not only was she extremely rude and condescending but she had zero problem solving skills.
I had read through the pre-appointment paperwork but I wasn’t aware that I needed a fax number for my paperwork since I had an out of state doctor. The fax number requirement is not included in the paperwork prior to the appointment and was not disclosed properly by the lab.
After being treated like I was stupid for not having a fax number, I told her I was uncomfortable and asked for a different tech. Instead of leaving the room and getting someone else, she yelled down the hall for the other tech.
My experience with the other tech was a vastly different. She helped me get the fax number and completed the appointment with me.

Friendly staff, it took me about an hour to get called back for bloodwork but they worked quickly because it was very busy in there and I didn’t have an appointment I just walked in. David drew my blood and he was a delight! He was efficient and easy going! Will come back here in the future when I need to get labs done!

I went to Sonora Quest in Maricopa Az. On a Friday morning without an appointment. I was greeted with a Good Morning. Asked if I had an appointment,then was showed how to sign in on the kiosk.When I turned around I saw that the waiting room was packed!With-in a few minutes I was able to get a seat. More folks came in to also get blood work. In less than 25 minutes I was called back to the blood draw office and had a very nice lady who took my blood. She was done in no time.Folks, in other places I have waited much longer (more than an hour) with far less people there!Super clean waiting room, clean blood draw rooms, rest rooms where immaculate!Every staff member smiled said good morning and was very helpful!From now on this is the only Lab I will go to!

The guy who did my bloodwork was very kind and easy to talk to. I didn’t catch his name unfortunately. He has a gift of getting you talking and before you realize it he’s done. Pleasant experience overall
