Drive from home to order a drink at starbuck in fry’s. Got disappointed that they don’t take orders anymore. I asked “are u guys close at 7pm or 6pm. They said 7. I said “it’s 10mn left.” They said “we closed now”Well! Starbuck should change ur close time at 6pm. So no one will waste their time like me.

Additionally, the seating arrangements can be limited, making it challenging to find a spot during busy periods.In summary, Starbucks provides a decent coffee experience, but the higher prices and occasional service delays bring it down to a three-star rating for me. It's a reliable option for a familiar cup of coffee but may not be the best choice for those seeking quicker service or more budget-friendly options.

Did a mobile order for 1 iced coffee,said it would be ready and in progress in 10 min. Took 40 min!!! Not a sorry, or checking in with Customers.just sad looking faces. Shouldn't take that long. Only nice person was the older lady. Look if you know your getting this busy cause of the close down with the main SB move faster and get more workers

I hate when i have to come to this one. The two girls there have zero sense of urgency, are disorganized and both seem like they hate their job. I just waited 23 minutes AFTER my mobile order pick up time to get my sandwhich... and it was only because i said something that they made it... the girls arent even communicating. This isnt the first time for me and there is always a crowd waiting for things for far too long.I didnt even eat the sandwhich because the person preparing it coughed all over her hands before pulling it out of the oven. Gross . And a waste of 7 dollars. Will never order here again after lack of food safety was added to the list of issues at this location.

The worst Starbucks service we experienced. I was sick on my birth day and unable to redeem my Starbucks Birthday Reward for which I waited all year. I came in the next day in the morning, explained I was ill, offered to show my DL as proof it was my BD, and asked if I could possibly get the reward. I was told: no. I understand the policy changed and it is at the discretion of store management. Few days later, I went again to get my daughter's fav drink: Light Ice Matcha Tea Latte with Coconut Milk. I got two, one for me and one for my daughter. Both drinks were not mixed properly, having dark green residue on the bottom, and dark green particles floating in the drink. Both did not taste the way they should, they were not creamy and smooth. I even wonder if coconut milk was used. Their idea of light ice is to have 3/4 of the drink container filled with ice. Again, went yesterday with my family asked for the same drink (again when I asked for light ice I got 3/4 cup of ice) and two gouda egg sandwiches. The sandwiches were disassembled in their respective bags. My breakfast sandwich was not fully cooked. Parts of the egg were cold. My stomach hurt so bad afterwards. This wasn't the first time and that is why I decided to write this review. When it happens once or twice, I understand ... bad day ... things happen. When it is a frequent occurrence and we are spending $7 or more on a hand crafted drink and it isn't done right or ask for a food item which isn't prepared well... there is a problem.

I went to this location, the staff are very friendly and know what they are doing. Unfortunately, you can not tip them because they work for Frys and not Starbucks.
