I come in, get my juice and/or coil, some novelty items (if I'm bored) because they always have something uniquely wrong that makes them fun to buy. The staff has always been nothing but outstanding and kind, letting me know if something is in stock, and if not, providing an alternative. Sometimes, they have good deals if you pop in on the right day. So why the 4 star? The last couple times I've been in here, there has been no nicotine and now there are no bottles to buy the house flavors. I'm not blaming the staff--they don't control the ordering or supply/demand. However, I have to wonder if the owner reads the reviews or responsibly anticipated shortages due to the ongoing supply issues. When there was no nicotine at either location, I took that as a supply/demand issue, but bottles? I feel like it's a bit of a stretch since there are plastic bottles for literally every juice that comes prepackaged in a 3 or 6 nicotine level. Still, I appreciate very much the kind and outstanding customer service shown to me both times I've been in these past two weeks. Also, I wish they'd carry a better variety of sugar free Red Bull. All they had was regular. I'll continue to reword, but I hope the supply issue is resolved soon.”
“Absolutely love this place. Been a long time since I've been in a vapr shop and Adam answered all my dumb questions lol. He even set my mod and everything up for me which was extremely nice of him to do as well. Very knowledgeable when it comes to the kind of juice you want. Definitely come here if you live out in maricopa!”
