Horrible! Hospital sent script for pain meds to this Walgreens for my husband who just had spinal surgery. Stopped to pick up & not ready. I was told 2 hours. Ok, I’ll come back. Waited 2.5 hrs & called before driving 20 mins. Was told ready anytime after 3 so I drove in. 3:45 not ready & couldn’t tell me when it would be ready. They took my phone number so they could text me when ready. I waited another 40 mins then drove home. 6:00 no text so I called. Waited 25 mins on hold & was then told it was ready. Still no text.!

Pharmacy doesn't answer the phone... I get it you're busy... but I was on hold for an hour and then you guys hung up on me... Transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy...

Looking at the reviews, I can see why the I manager responded the way she did on Sunday night.
She came off very rude, aggressive, and didn’t care to provide proper customer service. Once she walked away with her Nasty, aggressive attitude, a young lady in the Photo area Assisted me with my photos I needed to print out. I will say she went above and beyond to assist me from downloading it on the kiosk, and explaining that the photos may not be acceptable for a passport.
I think the manager Jennifer was so upset because they may get a percentage of the $20 per person. They are trying to charge for a 4 x 6 $.38 photo. So because I was doing it the smart way by taking my photo at home and printing it out there she tried to make me feel as if my photos were incorrect, but after getting our passports yesterday shows me she was wrong and only wanted me to spend $100 inside of Walgreens . (Family of 5)
For those who are trying to get a passport, this is what I did and I only spent about $10.38 with the Photos at Walgreens. Take a good photo doesn’t matter about the background go to remove.BG, Upload the photo and put a white background, then go to IDphoto4you.com upload the photo so it can e changed to 4 x 6 with four 2 x 2 pictures. The second site will charge nine dollars but you get to do 10 photos.
Once you do the first upload, it will be in a PNG form so screenshot it crop it a tab just to change it to a JPEG form.

Im not sure who manages the pharmacy. Im gonna guess nobody. Medication errors monthly. They hang up on you after constantly putting you on hold. Run the insurance incorrectly. Tell you meds will be ready in 2 hours only to find out they have to order them. It is so stressful having to micromanage this pharmacy.

The pharmacy is terrible. No one answers the phone, well they will answer and not say anything and place you back on hold. This has happened the past two months of calling and each time I’ve been on hold for 20+ minutes. Everytime I go they always say my meds are not in the system

Prescription transferred to this pharmacy. They hung up every single time I called to confirm before we made the hour drive to pickup. I called 20+ times, they answered and hung up every single time. Based on the other reviews, this appears on brand for this location.

well i have to say, this Walgreens has greatly improved in the last 5 years. the drive up reps are always nice , & very professional, and they're right on top of things if something is wrong.

Tried to get my passport photo taken. The man was rude and unwilling to take 2 extra minutes to do it. He preferred to stand and argue about it with me. So I went to the other Walgreens location in town and had timely, respectful service there.

The pharmacy seems extremely low staffed. Anytime I need a prescription it’s one thing or another. Long hold time over 40 min with zero check in or communication. Long lines… mis communication about prescriptions being ready and they aren’t. Horrible.

The pharmacy is horrible. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve gotten a message on the Walgreens App which says to call them regarding my RX. After being on hold for 36 min they drop the call. It happened to me 4 times last week. It happened again today. They are busy, but come on. Hire more people. Time to pull my prescriptions and go somewhere else.

This Walgreens is terrible, the Pharmacy has listed Allergies to ASPIRIN, which my husband takes regularly, But the PHARMACY SAYS HE'S ALLERGIC TO IT. Your PHARMACY has been hacked. As well as he is ALLERGIC to TEGRETOL which he has never taken before in his life. They fill prescriptions, for medications you nolonger take. You can call the PHARMACY, but you will be put on hold for hours, the phone rings and rings and they put you on hold again and again.
The people who work there are so respectful, friendly and very kind.
Considering a Walgreens who, tells lies about you, and who knows what else they do about the information you give them.
Be careful more Wolves in sheep's clothing. Remember GOD see all !

I tried calling the Maricopa Walgreens Pharmacy today. I was placed in an automatic hold with phone recording.
The recording states there was one caller ahead of me for 5+ minutes. I heard someone pick up, laugh and placed me back on hold. Twice this happened? I just wanted to ask if this Pharmacy delivered? I never got through after holding for over 10 minutes. I just hung up. Customer service is SOooooo poor!

I had been told this pharmacy can not get my medication anymore in a 10ml vial. They gave me 10-1ml vials instead & charged a lot more money. The regional manager made reached out after I complained the BBB & reimbursed me the difference in price about nine months ago. Fast forward to present this pharmacy still claims they can not get this 10ml vial & would charge me more for the smaller ones. The funny thing is I called a Walgreens in Chandler which has got the 10 ml vial for the last 3 times with no problem over the last nine months. This seems like a scam to get more money out of people. I have to travel 30 minutes to get my prescription from another town than going 5 minutes down the road in my town to get my prescription anymore to save money because some reason this pharmacy can not figure out how to order the medication like other Walgreens.
