Went in to get anti itch cream since I got a spider, I couldn’t find it. No one was on the floor and then finally found someone that then told me they couldn’t help since they were on lunch. Then asked cashier for help, he then laughed at me. No wonder this place has such low ratings. Embarrassing to own this place.

This store is without a doubt the worst Walgreens I have ever been too. The poor attitude from every single store employee to the last employee that laughed at me for asking for a certain medicine. Will never go here again

Absolutely the worst pharmacy i have ever delt with! would leave 0 stars if possible! constantly get messages that my prescriptions are ready, show up wait in a 30-40 min long line only to be told that they are in fact not ready (after placing the order 24-48hrs earlier) and getting notified they are ready for pickup. explain that i need x prescription because i am now out only to get told well the soonest it will be ready is 1 to 2 days later. this is absolutely un acceptable!!! the last 4 times i have called in refills this has happened! this is poor management or pure negligence

Pharmacy Lady refused to help me at 8:59, it was 8:59 on GPS and on my cellular device. THEY CLOSE AT 9. Currently suffering and asthma attack. These "medical professionals" don't care for your health. They only care about getting home. I would take my business elsewhere if you're considering coming here

The pharmacy is severely understaffed and God forbid if you need to call the pharmacy. 30 minutes to an hour wait on hold only to have someone pick up and disconnect the call without saying anything. It's especially great when you're sick a could really use some help. Horrible service and absolutely no customer service.

Worst Customer Service from a Pharmacist I have ever experienced. As a Pharmacist in retail your job is to interact with the public in a professional manner. L.T. is not an asset to your company as she belittles patients, talks over them, or speaks in a manner that's condescending. Do better Walgreens! Hire better people!

Called this location three times and was on hold for a total of an hour and they kept hanging up on me. Called corporate and they connected me and it just rings and then goes to music then rings and goes back to music. Someone answers and then goes back to music. This place sucks.

There’s probably a very good reason why this Walgreens has a low rating. Some times they don’t have certain medications. Other times they’re slow beyond logic. At the end of the day, I guess it’s also which employee or staff is helping you too.Had a medication for my kids to be picked up here but twice the delay was longer than expected. I don’t want to compare but I’m starting to see the reason why another Walgreens at Walmart popped up. Since this one’s become slow and trashy.

The male pharmacist, on August 9, 2023, was not able to put my prescription through my insurance even when the insurance company called and attempted to walk them through the process. He eventually told our insurance company, when the pharmacist was unable to complete a simple task, "Don't know what to tell you, they should probably transfer the prescription to another pharmacy".No Problem! See you never Walgreens!The current 2.4 Google star rating for this place is too high.

Every time I pick up my prescriptions I am waiting 20-30 minutes. Even on a slow day, whether I go inside the store or am in the drive thru.

The store is fine, the pharmacy is terrible. Had to start going to Walgreens due to an insurance plan change thru my work. Difficult to reach on phone and there is always a line in the store. Some of the folks behind the counter are better than others, some have zero focus on customer service. Recieved a email saying a medication was ready, stopped to pick it up but the pharmacist said it was 1 day too early on a 90 day prescription of a nonscheduled medication and that I must have been abusing and taking too much, but I could pick it up the next morning. I could understand if it was pain pills or something, but trying to pick up a 90 day non DEA scheduled prescription a day or too before you run out doesn't strike me as a red flag lady...

All I wanted to do was make sure my insurance information was updated and I called and was put on hold for 20 until they hung up. Then I called back and they just keep putting me back on hold, ridiculous.

The Pharmacy is the absolute worse. Just as all the previous reviews state, you call and they repeatedly answer the phone placing you on hold. My RX never has 30 pills in each bottle. Whenever they are running behind, they throw in a insurance delay. I called to confirm my items were ready for pick up or I'd need an emergency supply.. 2-3 hours. I had them transfered to the other Walgreens and they were ready within 30mins. Do yourself a favor, avoid this pharmacy at all cost.
