This Walgreens is absolutely awful. My wife called in her medication refill the day before on a Thursday. She was told it would be ready by 2pm on Friday. She arrived to pick it up at 645pm Friday evening. Was told at that time, " well we've been busy so it's not ready. You'll have to go to another location and see if they can fill it" because they closed at 7. Then they told her they wouldn't call and transfer the script and that she would have to deal with it herself. Walgreens is absolutely the worst pharmacy to deal with. Never thought any company could make Walmart look so good

Horrible pharmacy that lacks customer service. Upon grabbing the wrong prescription and traveling out of state, I was informed by my pharmacy in San Diego to reach out to the closest pharmacy, have them call my pharmacy back home and they would immediately transfer the prescription. I called the closest pharmacy at 11.30am, this Walgreens. The woman that answered was incredibly rude and told me to call my dr for a new prescription to be sent. I explained what the pharmacy said and that calling my dr would take much longer. I’m cash paying even to make it easier. She set it up in the system and informed me that the pharmacist would call. At 3.53pm I hadn’t heard anything so I immediately called and was given attitude saying it wasn’t a priority and now could take 24-48 hours to MAKE A PHONE CALL. We’re in one of the most underpopulated cities… citing being too busy to make a phone call. She proceeded to give me attitude telling me that is why she said to call my dr for a new prescription. I don’t understand 1.) how individuals lack customer service in a service industry and 2.) how after 5 hours a phone call still couldn’t have been made. Now I’m trying to find a new pharmacy to help at the tail end of the day. I’m extremely upset and will be reaching out to the district manager.

One of these days, I'll remember to take a photo of this location, but I do enjoy coming here. The establishment is always clean with a nice, quiet vibe, and the shelves tend to be very well stocked. I don't always necessarily find what I need, but the employees are always so helpful and kind.Tina was my cashier today, who was a great conversationalist and wished me good morning as I entered the store. This place is Maricopa's best kept secret, so if you need something small that you don't want to go to Walmart for, it might cost you a few extra dollars, but it's worth the trip. And they still have the rewards program as well as paperless receipts sent straight to your email with an itemized list and photo, so you know exactly what you got and in what quantity.

Spoke to a Dafne who works in the pharmacy and I asked to see if my medication was filled since I had went this morning to urgent care and the prescription was sent electronically. I called until 2:30pm to give them some time. Dafne stated my medication was not filled because they are busy and she doesn’t believe it would be filled by the end of the day! That was so upsetting for me to hear!! I understand that some people need their routine medication however, these medications are needed to start taking them now so I can get back to work!

When I walked in, someone in one of the isles under low breath said Welcome to Walgreens (The greeting sounded like he was just going through the motions). Upon completing my shopping, I had to call him from the isle to ring my purchase. I had to ask which register to go to, and he pointed to one. Mumbled when asked for my ID, mumbled when he asked if I was a rewards member. No thank when I paid. Not a place I'm running to go back to.

I want to thank the team at Walgreens for being so helpful. I must say in the last 6 months things I've needed that no other store in Maricopa had, this Walgreens had it in stock. You've made it very easy for a consumer to find what they need in this town. Most appreciated.

The pharmacy seems to be understaffed and inexperienced. In a recent call attempt to the pharmacy by phone, I was on hold for 35 minutes, at which time my call was then canceled. My greater complaint is not with this pharmacy, but Walgreen's in general as I have been unable to obtain their brand of insulin syringes that I have used for years, even when prompting them to place their order 3 weeks in advance of when required. Each time, I've had to go up to a pharmacy in the Pheonix area for same day filling. I just learned that the weekly supplies for Maricopa and Casa Grande come from a different location than Phoenix area stores. While medications are refilled "daily" from a supply warehouse, syringes can only be ordered with their weekly store supplies. On positive note however, the personalities and dedication of their pharmacist and clerks have been very considerate, for which I give the 4 star rating overall.
