I usually stop here during my work day to get a snack or energy drink as I work at a clinic nearby, and everytime I’m always greeted and helped by the sweetest front cashier- Carolyn- who always takes her time to make sure everyone is taken care of. It never takes long to get cashiered out here, even if there’s a line, and they keep stock of everything. Very nice and clean environment. And again the sweetest staff! Just wanted to give a huge shoutout though to Carolyn because she has been super great at making mine and everyone’s experience here quick and easy!

Got a text saying my prescription was ready, but that they need approval for the other prescription. Called to follow up, sent my husband since I can't drive to pick up my one up and they wouldn't let him pick up either one. I called again to follow up, and the lady in the pharmacy was a completely rude and unprofessional. Send your prescription some where else.

This Walgreens location is excellent! The staff is always helpful and friendly. I would rather go to Walgreens, than go to Walmart. Super easy to get in and out of, and to get on with my day! :-)

Last night I stopped to pick up a couple of daily pill containers at the Maricopa Casa Grande Highway Walgreens in Maricopa, AZ. The young druggist was walking back to her place in the pharmacy and stopped to ask me how my experience was at this Walgreens site.
My experience then and numerous times before.
We switched to this Walgreens in the fast-growing city of Maricopa (AZ) because it is easier to get to, safer to drive to, and involves far less traffic than the one on John Wayne at Smith-Enke. This pharmacy is also located in a fast-growing area with a lot of apartments being built and homes.
The assistants in the pharmacy have been helpful and courteous. The same is true for the pharmacist. One assistant helped me find the pill containers this time.
I find this Walgreens to be very helpful and concerned about its customers and their prescriptions. I know Walgreens is considering the closure of pharmacies. Given its consideration of customers (pharmacist asked me) and its proximity in a fast-growing area, it would be silly for the company to close it.

This Walgreens is absolutely awful. My wife called in her medication refill the day before on a Thursday. She was told it would be ready by 2pm on Friday. She arrived to pick it up at 645pm Friday evening. Was told at that time, " well we've been busy so it's not ready. You'll have to go to another location and see if they can fill it" because they closed at 7. Then they told her they wouldn't call and transfer the script and that she would have to deal with it herself. Walgreens is absolutely the worst pharmacy to deal with. Never thought any company could make Walmart look so good

Horrible pharmacy that lacks customer service. Upon grabbing the wrong prescription and traveling out of state, I was informed by my pharmacy in San Diego to reach out to the closest pharmacy, have them call my pharmacy back home and they would immediately transfer the prescription. I called the closest pharmacy at 11.30am, this Walgreens. The woman that answered was incredibly rude and told me to call my dr for a new prescription to be sent. I explained what the pharmacy said and that calling my dr would take much longer. I’m cash paying even to make it easier. She set it up in the system and informed me that the pharmacist would call. At 3.53pm I hadn’t heard anything so I immediately called and was given attitude saying it wasn’t a priority and now could take 24-48 hours to MAKE A PHONE CALL. We’re in one of the most underpopulated cities… citing being too busy to make a phone call. She proceeded to give me attitude telling me that is why she said to call my dr for a new prescription. I don’t understand 1.) how individuals lack customer service in a service industry and 2.) how after 5 hours a phone call still couldn’t have been made. Now I’m trying to find a new pharmacy to help at the tail end of the day. I’m extremely upset and will be reaching out to the district manager.
