Because i had the audacity to call and ask for status on a prescription they hadn't yet filled, the pharmacy tech, despite being told specifically that i still need the one they did fill, restocked it even though it had just been filled that day. Very frustrating since it's not like it's just around the corner to get there.

Just drove 30 minutes to Walmart, stood in line at the pharmacy and they serve the person in front of me and then rudely tell me they're going to lunch and closed the window on me. I get you should get a lunch but there was no one after me and I would never have treated a customer with that much lack of care and attitude.

Horrible service. Take your business elsewhere. They do not care. They treat the elderly like crap. Stay away.

Collecting multiple scripts before filling prescriptions of medicine. Where are all of the medications going? My son is having the same issue with this pharmacist: This pharmacist requested multiple scripts written for a class 3 drug. The pharmacist is still using excuses for not giving him his medication, and attempting to get yet another script from my son's Dr. I recently had dental surgery, and the meds prescribed by my dentist have gone through multiple requests for scripts for that medication. I was told last week by the pharmacist that the medication was in, but without my dentist confirming the script they couldn't give me the medication... That confirms that the pharmacist IS getting medications into that pharmacy. What is this pharmacist doing with the medications that they are not giving to the people that those medications are for? With multiple scripts written, for multiple people, and in the end people are only given ONE of those orders. What is happening to the MULTIPLE shipments that are not going to the people that those scripts are for?Edit:If this is happening with your prescription as well, write a review about it. Repot it.Being short of staff, or busy because of Covid is not an accuse for collecting Multiple written/printed Scripts. If they are making excuses, just write what excuse they are using, each time. Between my son, and myself, the excuses this pharmacist is using have come full circle. They have a pattern. Which means that this is intentional. They are practiced in what to say to get people to accept that this is normal. IT IS NOT normal to ask for multiple scripts! It would be good to have this situation resolved.

Went to Walgreens next door first and had a horrible experience. Went to this pharmacy and had A night and day experience difference, they helped me in a fraction of the time of Walgreens and actually expedited the medicine I needed for my animal for the same day when the other place told me 48 hours and didn't even try to make an attempt. This pharmacy had very helpful workers that seemed like they actually cared and were fast and on top of the orders I will be using them from now on.

I made a special trip to come here just to pick up my meds. I arrived at 1:45 p.m. to see all the windows shut and nobody there. I walk around looking for a sign explaining something but there isn't one. I walk up to the front and ask what is going on with the pharmacy and the employee said they must have gone on lunch and shut down because they're short staffed. I understand if you're short staffed and have to close for lunch. But if the people dispensing my pharmaceutical medication can't even think to put up a sign saying "On lunch. Be back at X time" then I really don't want them handling any part of my medical care. My suggestion for improvement: Have more respect for your customers and their time and be more communicative.

The staff at Walmart pharmacy are among the most professional and customer service driven people I’ve ever dealt with, their friendly and know their stuff and stay cool in a very faced passed environment. I prefer dealing with them over CVS, Walgreens or any other pharmacy I’ve been to. Special Kuddo’s to Julie and Pharmacist, Jeb, Thank you.
