We own a small business and we count on the Mayer Post Office to ship our packages safely and timely. Jane who is often at the counter when we drop off our packages is amazing. She is a long time USPS employee and she really knows her stuff. I can always count on Jane to help me resolve any issues with my packages or answer any shipping questions I may have. Thanks Jane!

Absolutely horrible! These people do not know what they’re doing when I was they’re to pick up a package for my dog who needs to be wearing sunglasses due to an eye issue. I went in there and asked where it was delivered as it said at the post office. So I went in there and she asked for the address and walked around the corner and asked for the tracking number walked around the corner again this person wasn’t even gone half a second both times and then called The driver she said, she scanned it when it came back while on the phone with him, but then she told me it was delivered at that address, which was not true, I was there Friday at 4 PM by the time I got home and seen it wasn’t there. They were already closed and no package.Y’all really need to get your stuff together I knew these people didn’t know what they were doing when I was there!!!Absolutely horrible, If you want to get mail delivered or packages, have it delivered somewhere else? Don’t even use this post office if you don’t have to.My dog can’t even be outside during the day due to his eye treatments with Panis And I explained that while I was in the office that I needed that package for my dog, Definitely could have figured it out if she knew what she was doing along with the driver it took two people to not figure out where it was at And or Blatantly LIED to my face

Excellent post office overall. Jane is very friendly and welcoming to everyone. That kind of small town service and warmth is hard to find nowadays, and is much appreciated.?

Just spend the extra money and get a post office box in prescott valley. These people are postal contractors, not Usps employees. They seem to have difficulty reading the address numbers and give mail to other people. I don't receive 3/4 of my mail.

Just 2 weeks ago I watched my mail lady THROW DOWN my roommates package on my porch and broke what was inside. Now its saying my package was delivered when it was not and has very sensitive stuff/info in it. Im so upset how they let this mail carrier go down hill recently.

I happened to be in Mayer and had heard a X Dewey worker had transferred there. So I stopped to say hi! And to my delight she was working away happy as can be. I could not help notice how ship shape the office is being operated . Also to my heart's content what a kind and courteous staff were working with joyous smile's... Way to go Mayer.

They have zero interest in investigating or resolving why packages constantly go missing under their watch, but luckily I cracked the case when I watched the courier at my mailbox marking a package “delivered” online that never arrived. By marking the neighborhood’s packages as delivered to their respective GPS locations, the employees at this post office go the extra mile to shed all responsibility AND ensure that you can’t refund or replace the item. Reports to the postmaster and post office inspector general have no effect. Looking directly at their face and waving while they’re sitting at your mailbox stealing from you has no effect. Save your money and don’t order from any business that uses USPS.
