I had a great experience! I wanted to take a set off, get a whole new set of stiletto nails with a design. Phoebe did not disappoint! She took care and time and made perfection! Exactly what I wanted and more!

By far the worst Nails I ever hadā¦ I donāt argue in the store so I pains and I simply donāt come back ā¦ pedicure well my heals feel more rough than before some spots are gone. Some spots are just the same as before when they didnāt take any callus off.
So and donāt even get me started about my fingers ā¦ they look like someone glues M&Mās to my fingers terribleā¦ uneven partly uncovered added huge steps on the nails just Noā¦ she randomly clipped nails off that theyāre shorter than my skin on my finger now All nails have a different length and the material is so thick and bumpy. Itās plain ugly ā¦ and the tools are all always open who knows if they sterilize I have never see 1 tool wrapped .

I had a full set put on Feb 28th. Within 5 days two nails broke. I went and had them fixed the following Sat. That's 8 days after being applied. In the 9th day 2 nor had popped off. Now I'm at 2 weeks after and I have had 6 break and that's not including the 2 I already had fixed. So a total of 8 nails break off. I don't have time to go get them fixed every week.

phoebe does the best job on both a manicure and a pedicure. Her manicures are natural looking and gorgeous.

Great firm foot massage, just like I like it...great pedicure. I added on extra minutes for my foot and leg massage and that's exactly what I wanted.

Absolutely awful, please run from this place! I want to start off by saying this wasnāt my first time at this salon, it was amazing when Lucy was there. But has gone down hill quickly. The nail tech I had painted the gel on and didnāt realize all the ājunkā ( fuzzy material from towels, and red glitter in the polish) my polish was cream colored. Then argued with me that she couldnāt see anything and called everyone that worked there to ālookā at my nailsā¦ after buffing off the topcoat and reapplying the same contaminant polish it looked the sameā¦ she cut my cuticle so low it started bleeding and kept working as if everything was fine. When I told her she said āno itās okay, thatās been thereā as if Iām stupid and didnāt notice if my finger was bleeding before I walked in. So someone else came over and asked if she could fix it. She ended up putting glitter over all my nails so you couldnāt see all the blemishes. Which fixed the problem but not at all what I wanted! My daughterās Gel nails are falling off the day after getting them done! Picture of the first one that fell off, that way it canāt be said that my daughter picked it off! Customer service lacks a lot to be desired. The pedicure was almost non existent. The callus remover was a joke I donāt have bad calluses at all, And Iām not sure that he knows how to do it properly. There was hardly any massaging. He did not clean out from underneath my toenails, And used the hot rocks for maybe 30 seconds total for both legs and feet. I left bleeding from my cuticles and with the wrong polish on my nails- I paid $145
