I took in my baby kitten to be seen. I was given antibiotics for her. It wasn't enough, I was told it was for 10days. I called to complain. I was told to bring her back in, it will cost me another $100.00, and the cost of more of the meds, going somewhere else.

I give 0 stars really it just wouldn't let me. I'd love to share why in hopes to save your pet and you. I took my Tipsy to these people about six months ago do to having a cough. They gave her idk how many shots of stuff to calm her down because visits to the vet stressed her already because a bad experience at another vet. They took x-rays told me she had inflamed airways, as they were showing me the x-rays. Now I'm not a veterinarian but I didn't feel that her lungs looked normal but again im not a vet so I didn't say anything. I should have but I thought if there was anything I should be concerned of they'd tell me. Wrong I was because 6 months later she still had cough but worse and the past 2 weeks developed more symptoms, lots of snot with some blood so I took her to desert cross veterinarian in Thatcher AZ. She had lung cancer, severe lung cancer that was to late to treat and I had to put her down. This has crushed my whole world and I feel they knew but just wanted me to get blood work, put out more money when what they already done was 600 dollars that I didn't have to start with. It's sickens me that they let my dog suffer to try and get more money. I could go on and on but I think I got the point out. Please rethink where you take your pet. Desert cross in Thatcher AZ is amazing and truly care for you fur babies.

I had to bring my dog in. Everyone there was super nice. The ladies at the front desk and the caregivers as well. They gave me options and didn't pressure me for services I couldn't afford. Any emergency vet could be expensive but they were not outrageously priced and the care and concern was top notch.

1st Pet covers all your veterinary needs. Emergency, Urgent Care and Primary Care. I switched both my pets to 1st Pet for primary care and now in an emergency they already know my pet. I have always had great service there. Everyone is so kind and caring; from front desk to tech to veterinarian.

Best Veterinary Center ever. Great caring staff from the front desk to the doctors and everybody in between. I feel they really care about you and it shows. I highly recommend bringing all your fur babies here. Even when they would rather wait for you in the car your baby will be treated like family and so will you. Plus the staff makes sure you know how much needed procedures are going to cost in advance. A Great Place!

They didn't even try to save my dog. She was my everything. The Dr barely looked at her in my arms. She didn't even try to help. If u have a best friend that you want to keep and want the best for them don't go here. Chewie had a long life ahead of her, she didn't deserve this. After she was in the back they told me it will be about 1,000 bucks for the visit. They were back there for about 5min and said, "we tried CPR and the shock pads but unfortunately she's gone".You can't do that for five minutes and expect something to happen. Then they preceded to ask if it is cash or card while we are trying to say goodbye. The girl, I think nurse came in not even the Dr, and galred at us and started to shove the card machine in our face the his low life, money hungry, unprofessional, careless place has done this to so many people I don't know if I should sue this place because I feel like I'm not the only one who would want to stand up for our much loved fur babies

I’m not one to leave reviews, but I was so grateful for this hospital. I’m actually a technician in Wisconsin, and I’ve been traveling through Arizona. I will whole heartedly admit this place is SO much better than where I work in WI. Without going into much detail and making this story long, my dog was having a flare up of his collapsing trachea. Front desk staff was so kind and patient from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. The technicians were super kind to my little monster chihuahua, honestly the best I’ve seen him at a vet. The veterinarian genuinely helped me out when it came to his medication and listened to everything I said about my situation, and was totally on board when I requested a certain medication (hoping I didn’t over step, but she knew I’ve dealt with my dogs condition many times). ALSO the price was shockingly low to me. The hospital I work at would’ve charged double than what this hospital charged. Highly recommend it here. Remember to treat vet staff kindly. I know first hand how clients treat the members of this field. It’s so important to be kind even in stressful situations!

We called ahead to check to see if it was a good time to come and then when we got there, we waited three and a half hours. I understand that they wanted to prioritize every animal that came in after us, but when we called, they should have let us know, so we could have gone to another place. Next time, I will go somewhere else. My dog ended up having an uncomfortable ear infection - 400+ dollars!

I had a great experience bringing my 8 year old Boston terrier here. I was concerned he was having breathing problems but the doctor was able to locate a painful area bothering him instead. We agreed on a treatment plan and I’m happy to have been in and out in under an hour.

My dog got snagged by a jumping cholla cactus. It was awful for her and me as I tried to help and they became stuck on me! The took 5 spines out of her paw and one on shoulder. They were great! Was way less than I expected which was even better! They will be my go to emergency vet! Awesome doctors!

Trash service. Trash doctors. Don't take your animals here. They don't have the staff to do the job but will gladly take your money and send you to another hospital, just to have the same procedures don't again for 2x the price. Eff these criminal people. Don't take your animals here. They talk down to you. They just look for more ways to get money out of you. Thank you for lying to us and phoking us over.

Fraudulent cat haters. Known to force you to put down your cat. The vet was very inconsiderate and forceful with rushing us to say our goodbyes. Psychopathic people
