I know it’s Valentine’s Day but I’ve callled all day no response I requested the order be delivered by 4 and it’s been pending all day worst customer service I want my money back

I live in Michigan and my niece’s birthday was yesterday, and I had Edmon leave arrangements from Mesa AZ Deliver to my nieces house. The cupcakes and cookies were very delicious and fresh from What they told me. Packaging was very beautiful! Balloons were the regular size. Very well worth will order from them again!

Been trying for two days to find out about my delivery (which is local in the phoenix area) and get tracking info. No answer via email, website, text or phone! Still no answer....no delivery...no response to anything
