“Power Postal at Las Sendas is the best postal service in the valley, IMO. Melissa, the owner, and her staff makes mailing your letters and packages enjoyable with their friendliness and great customer care , which makes a difference in the experience. Forget USPS or UPS, see Power Postal 1st!”

“I just had an awesome experience with Heather, the owner. Due to a mix-up I didn't have the correct return label for a UPS package. While at the store I called the supplier and was able to request a return label via email, but we were leaving town for some time the next morning and I was told we wouldn't get it before we left. Heather took my contact info, gave me hers, held the package and told me to forward the email with the return label when I got it and she would take care of everything. That was exceptional customer service!!”

“I never leave reviews but this business is a 20 star or more 🌟🌟🌟. I recently purchased an online purchase for clothing ( I know) I had to return the purchase. I repeatedly requested a label or Qr return code from them they finally sent a label I could not print it at all tried several times at home went to FedEx would not print so I stopped at small post office in my neighborhood and they referred to this business ~ this lady is beyond words. She went above and beyond to figure out a way to print the label ( there is a glitch in my phone) she was so kind and generous the refund was given that day and posted shortly afterwards. I highly recommend this company!!!!!”

“Noticed the last few times that I haven't seen the associates I believe their names were Cash and possibly Krystal, but I had asked and they said its under new management, and that the previous associates are no longer there. It's very refreshing to see all the new faces! I would go out of my way to Gilbert and baseline due to those girls with their so good attitudes towards not only customers but fellow associates. Will enjoy getting to know the new staff and manager!”

“The best service I have ever received in any Walgreens/Fedex place! Such a kind and optimistic crew! They helped me with my very heavy package - by bringing the cart to my car and and took care of everything needed. I will use this Walgreens for all my medical / other shopping for sure - although there is another one a bit closer to my place.”

“Make sure you already have your label taped onto your package! Otherwise they will suggest that you need to buy your own tape in the store. Once I explained to them that they were a craft store and surely they had tape at the register they were more accommodating. 4 stars for 12 inches of tape and being willing to bend the rules for me. Thanks Michael's!”

“The staff at this location was very helpful. It should be noted that the FedEx service here is done through Walgreens. There is not a FedEx store front or signage stating that there are any FedEx services. The Walgreens staff was able to print off my shipping label at their photo center from my QR code without any issues.”
