“I've always had excellent service here, even when things are busy. Robert helped me yesterday, I had messed up where to take my Amazon returns, somehow I had "Whole Foods" to return pkgs. Robert patiently assisted me in changing on my phone to the UPS. The employees here have always been helpful and nice. I've never had a problem, I had "bookmarks" made and they did a really nice job. I'll continue to have this UPS Store be my go to store.”

“This UPS Store I have used few times owner down all employees are Friendly,Polite and they know their job at it’s best.Also I wanted to mention Mr KRISHNA who (I think he’s an employee in this store). He found my Fanny bag that I left in the store. When I went next day he handed to me.I had all my CCs DL and over $ 400 Cash in it. He didn’t touch anything in it. I tried to give him chunk of money as my appreciation But No he refused to accept money for being Honest. ❤️ ????How Lucky I was. Thank you. UPS STORE”

“Make sure you already have your label taped onto your package! Otherwise they will suggest that you need to buy your own tape in the store. Once I explained to them that they were a craft store and surely they had tape at the register they were more accommodating. 4 stars for 12 inches of tape and being willing to bend the rules for me. “Isaiah is awesome! I had an absurd amount of copying to do, 800 pages. He knocked it out quickly including the color pages and even helped organize the copies in separate binders with me. I was at Staples earlier. My drive wouldn't work in their machine and they were of little help. Excellent service at UPS!”

“Stopped by both of my banks for notary service with no luck. At Mail Boxes Express, my document was notarized in less than five minutes. They had an envelope and of course mail service right there so I could send my papers without making another stop. They also had a great selection of greeting cards that you just don't see everywhere. I bought 3!”

“Max went above and beyond to assist me with shipping my items 2,052 miles home to Northeast Ohio after shopping at the Mesa Marketplace and quickly realizing I wasn't going to fit ANYTHING into my suitcase to go home. Not only did everything arrive in PERFECT condition due to all items being meticulously packaged, but I was in such a rush due to being close to missing my flight, I had to leave before Max could even package or process anything! As promised, he texted me right away so that I had his contact information and contacted me on Monday morning so I could pay over the phone.I entrusted a complete stranger to package and ship all of my unique items I purchased on my trip AND to follow up with me two days later. This could have very easily gone downhill and to be honest - I had to prepare myself mentally to potentially never hear from this person/company and never see my handmade souvenirs again! The whole experience has given me SO much faith in the world with how many good people are still out there - and Max is one of them! I'd give ten million stars for his service if I could! Highly recommend.”
