“I wanted to leave a review for the UPS employee I believe was named Ashwin. While I was there, a customer was yelling at him and giving him a hard time for at least 15 minutes, even though he was simply doing his job and explaining that he could not hand over someone else’s mail to a person who was not authorized to receive it… which should honestly be basic common sense.
Despite the situation, he remained incredibly calm, patient, and professional the entire time. On top of that, a line of about six people formed, and he still handled everything efficiently and with a great attitude. It’s not easy dealing with difficult customers while keeping your composure, and he handled it with ease and professionalism. Employees like him deserve recognition!!!”
“Staples is a slay but I was disappointed by the girl at the amazon return counter here - was not nice and had a very sour attitude towards the customer infront of me, and then to me as well. It was my first time returning something with amazon like this and i’ll never do it again! I like coming for the self printer and everything else, but I won’t go back to that counter. - Leaving a review so hopefully someone can help that employee have a better attitude about their customers and workplace.”

“It's really easy to use the UPS store because all you have to do is show up at your package is label already on it ready to be shipped give it to the service rep and leave and it gets sent off and you'll be on your way very convenient for those of you that don't want to wait for the UPS truck to arrive at your home”

“I worked with Bryan Evans to setup the shipment of a Honda CRV from my parents in Covington, Louisiana to Los Angeles. Picked up on September 7 and delivered on September 17. Pretty much everything happened when scheduled and no problems. I used DAS about 10 years ago and also had a pretty uneventful experience. I read the reviews this time around and most bad reviews seemed related to schedule. I didn't immediately need the vehicle so I didn't really stress out about its arrival date. Got an email when it was delivered to terminal in LA, went and picked it up. Pretty straightforward. Nowadays we all get tracking info now for every e-commerce package order from Amazon and other merchants. That's not what happens with an auto shipment but it would seem like providing that transparency would be a really nice service.”
“Make sure you already have your label taped onto your package! Otherwise they will suggest that you need to buy your own tape in the store. Once I explained to them that they were a craft store and surely they had tape at the register they were more accommodating. 4 stars for 12 inches of tape and being willing to bend the rules for me. “Was mailing a little care package to a friend of mine, so I brought in all the stuff I was trying to send. The woman who helped me was super nice, got it all boxed up, made sure nothing inside would break, even went back and put the card inside that I forgot to include before she taped it up. The staff was nice, fast, and just an overall great interaction and experience.”
“They are very efficient here, but they were busy. I didn’t wait for them to let me know I could use the self serve option. Rather than wait in line I used self serve and was in and out and the line was still there as I was leaving.”
