“It's really easy to use the UPS store because all you have to do is show up at your package is label already on it ready to be shipped give it to the service rep and leave and it gets sent off and you'll be on your way very convenient for those of you that don't want to wait for the UPS truck to arrive at your home”

“I worked with Bryan Evans to setup the shipment of a Honda CRV from my parents in Covington, Louisiana to Los Angeles. Picked up on September 7 and delivered on September 17. Pretty much everything happened when scheduled and no problems. I used DAS about 10 years ago and also had a pretty uneventful experience. I read the reviews this time around and most bad reviews seemed related to schedule. I didn't immediately need the vehicle so I didn't really stress out about its arrival date. Got an email when it was delivered to terminal in LA, went and picked it up. Pretty straightforward. Nowadays we all get tracking info now for every e-commerce package order from Amazon and other merchants. That's not what happens with an auto shipment but it would seem like providing that transparency would be a really nice service.”

“Make sure you already have your label taped onto your package! Otherwise they will suggest that you need to buy your own tape in the store. Once I explained to them that they were a craft store and surely they had tape at the register they were more accommodating. 4 stars for 12 inches of tape and being willing to bend the rules for me. “Noticed the last few times that I haven't seen the associates I believe their names were Cash and possibly Krystal, but I had asked and they said its under new management, and that the previous associates are no longer there. It's very refreshing to see all the new faces! I would go out of my way to Gilbert and baseline due to those girls with their so good attitudes towards not only customers but fellow associates. Will enjoy getting to know the new staff and manager!”

“Was mailing a little care package to a friend of mine, so I brought in all the stuff I was trying to send. The woman who helped me was super nice, got it all boxed up, made sure nothing inside would break, even went back and put the card inside that I forgot to include before she taped it up. The staff was nice, fast, and just an overall great interaction and experience.”

“The staff at this location was very helpful. It should be noted that the FedEx service here is done through Walgreens. There is not a FedEx store front or signage stating that there are any FedEx services. The Walgreens staff was able to print off my shipping label at their photo center from my QR code without any issues.”

“I went to FedEx Office to drop off a couple of DirecTV boxes and get some very nice colored pages that my daughter made laminated.The young man that helped me, Michael S., was very competent, patient and had all around great customer skills. It was very busy when I walked in and yet he made eye contact almost immediately and summoned me over to the front counter where he was working.”

“I just had an awesome experience with Heather, the owner. Due to a mix-up I didn't have the correct return label for a UPS package. While at the store I called the supplier and was able to request a return label via email, but we were leaving town for some time the next morning and I was told we wouldn't get it before we left. Heather took my contact info, gave me hers, held the package and told me to forward the email with the return label when I got it and she would take care of everything. That was exceptional customer service!!”
