The Gilbert location exemplifies customer service, employees with product knowledge and management that is involved with their store operations.
I have a 2019 Ford F250 Super Duty for which I was experiencing an issue with the front suspension.
My very first call to this location was answered by Kyle, he was knowledgeable about trucks as well as the mechanics involved and understood what I was experiencing and immediately began trying to troubleshoot the issue and generating a game plan moving forward.
It's refreshing to have someone on the other end of the phone that was knowledgeable on the mechanics of the services they provide.
I had also talked to David, also at the front counter, he was well versed on trucks and products that they offer.
The technician that was taking my truck on a test drive was very nice and knew what he was looking for, which added to my confidence that these guys were going figure out and solve the issue.
The manager Jeff was at the forefront of the troubleshooting......he took his crew of fire pissers, exercised some personal initiative and kicked ass on this project!
They provided timely updates and took my vehicle on 3 separate test drives during the troubleshoot and repair process to ensure the correct diagnosis and verification of the repair.
After the first phone call, I knew that I wanted this shop to perform the work. I drove about 120 miles round trip, and it was well worth it. My truck drives perfectly and the Gilbert AZ Total Offroad has my business for life. Other businesses should take note of the fact that this shop has personnel that know their craft and is willing to work together collectively between employees and figure out an issue that results in satisfying the customer.

I've brought one of my off-road vehicles here at least 5 times. All 5 times they either did the work halfway or did really poor work. The guys that work at the front counter are consistently rude and impatient. The last time my vehicle was there, they stripped every nut and bolt that they accessed and I had to redo their work and buy all new nuts and bolts. This shop consistently creates more work for me. I won't be back.

I've had all the work on my 2017JKUR done here. Jeff (the store manager) and crew are excellent. There knowledgeable, fast, efficient, and do great work, while offering more than competitive pricing. I can't say enough about their service and work on my vehicle. I will definitely return for all my wheeling needs.

Very helpful. I bought my beautiful Tundra less than 2 months ago and wanted a bed cover and step (its lifted and I am short). I went into this store since it was close to my house, they patiently showed me the different bed cover options, very nice and polite. Said to drop off at 9am and it could take all day, I planned on picking it up around 5 after work, they called at 1230 and said it was done. They did a great job and I am very happy!

These guys are great! David totally helped us pick out the best tires and wheels. Got a lift kit installed, and they made sure we got our truck back in time for some new adventures. Jeff was great too when it came to pick up time, he also had some treats to share with our dog! Great people and a great place. Definitely will be coming back

This shop is the absolute best!! David and Jeff took care of us with our lift on a 2020 Tacoma TRD Off-road. They helped with wheels and tires. They even stayed late to make sure I got my truck back ASAP!! And to top it off, they gave my service dog, Daisy treats that she loved. Very happy with the results!!

Please don’t get your suspension/4x4/shocks/rims to purchase manually. They’re no refunds or exchange for parts. Pay at your own risk. If you decide to buy parts here. I tried to return a leveling kit and was told was non refundable and can’t exchange due to not fitting on my jeep. Tried one out four parts (level kit) and had to tighten the spacer in order for it work and had no luck with installation. So I decided to return the kit. But said no. You would think they would advise customers before purchasing and give them this warning, but no. Keith (guy that works in the front) said “it’s an automatic rule for most companies that they don’t return cause of already tightened the bolt and nuts. That was installed already.” I’m like how can you know if the material/parts fit or don’t fit if you can’t install the product. And he insisted that I have their shop to install it (trying to scam a customer in using their techs vs any outside techs). I purchased this product on a Thursday and had my mechanic install it on Saturday but no success. You would think they would have a 7-30 days return the product if you don’t like it or what not? Bad customer service and I suggest for future customers I would try else where for your off road needs. This is just an FYI or Psa on saving your money. If they can’t honor a return or exchange. Good luck if I didn’t warn you.
