This individual was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I entered the store to redeem my reward points, and instead of providing any assistance, he created a scene, claiming that I couldn’t use my points, and proceeded to snatch my items. He even threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave. As a loyal 7-11 customer with over 5,000 points, I was left feeling humiliated. Despite showing that my loyalty points were valid, he continued to argue with me. I sincerely hope he doesn’t treat his own family the way he treats his customers.

My husband bought me some watermelon sour patches yesterday 1/8/25. I went to eat one and they were hard. I checked the expiration date and they expired back in October 2024. You mean to tell me there are products on the shelf that have been expired for 3 months. Yeah, I won’t be buying anything from here again. If that candy bag was expired there’s no telling what else isn’t up to code.

Do not use the ATM machine here. Reason behind my 1 star review isn’t even the machine itself but considering that I asked one of the gentlemen there a simple question if they had issues with the ATM machine, all they could tell me was I don’t know twice even after asking if they could point me in the right direction with contact information for the ATM machine provider. He just blew me off and showed no consideration. The ATM just stays stuck on the ‘REMOVE CARD’ screen. So if you can’t afford to have your financial institution to resolve and hoping to refund and dispute the transaction don’t go here.

Says its open 24/7 but the racist night shift employee locks the doors at 2:30. They have only the basic selection of goods. No gas. It's not worth your time. Worst 7/11 in the entire valley. Including the spots in south Phx.

Dude In the morning with a short goatee will watch people enter in their card numbers.(literally just happened) Makes sense my partners card was getting unauthorized transactions a few weeks ago from 711 and we went back and “could not locate it in their system” scammers. Now if I have unauthorized transactions I know who’s doing it ?

Omg horrible! Went in hungry at 2:00 PM. There was a piece of dried up pizza left, oh and a lonely spicy cheese dog that died from old age. That pushed me right over to the sandwiches. I chose 2 along with a few other things. At the register, my total cam to over $50! The items I this store are insanely overpriced, and my 2 sandwiches were rancid! With a little effort, these guys could pump out a lot of food. Unfortunately, this side of the business I sorely lacking! I went hungry!

This 711 is supposed to be open 24/7 but every night there's this Asian cahser named Josh on night shift that closes the store and trys to hide he should honestly be fired so many people show up and end up driving away. the other day he told me it was closed so I went back to the car after that 5 cars showed up to go in and he finally decided to open the door once there was alot of people. Very unprofessional employees
