Absolute garbage customer service came in here grab a couple items. No customers in line decided to get a couple lottery tickets and ask a couple questions and the man said he didn't have time to answer the questions. I'm a usual customer and come here often but this guy was straight garbage as well as the lady helping out she was very nice but the gentleman decided to butt in and say that it's not his job. I was quite confused as I told him is it not customer service I'm just asking questions. Do not recommend coming here. (RESPONSE TO 7/11) I will reach out to your address provided. To be more in depth, his exact words we're "we do not need to tell you to ticket numbers on the roll" My response was "I could take my business elsewhere and leave a review"

Ok, 7/11 is considered a convenience store, correct? We are supposed to be able to depend upon them for the services they offer - 24/7. INCLUDING ADDING MONEY TO MY GREENDOT CARD AT 2 AM IF NEED BE. BECAUSE I GOTTA PAY BILLS, and we'll, you offer the service and greendot even tells you that 7/11 is an authorized location to add more money to your card balance. It is quite the let down when you have traveled late at night to an authorized location to do such a thing because no one else is open except the 7/11 CONVENIENCE STORE ONLY TO BE LET DOWN BECAUSE THE GUY BEHIND THE COUNTER just doesn't feel like dealing with it at that moment. I mean, it was obvious I inconvenienced him as he sat eating his meal when I walked in, and took his sweet time even getting up off his chair to greet me. And made me feel as if I had some nerve walking into his convenient store looking for some convenience in the first place. Go figure! Hey, and thanks for the hospitality and for conveniently inconveniencing me.

Today's visit was much better than the last one. Greeted, thanked Good customer service, clean and I'm glad. Mask must be worn. This is good. I'll go back to this location thanks for a much better experience! No issues.

So I went to this store to buy two gift cards when I used them both if them didn't work and I had proof on my phone so I called telling him they didn't work I said I had proof and receipt then he rudely hung up now no I was not trying to get extra money but I guess I'm never going over there again

Middle Eastern employee sitting in front of the store picking his toenails, literally cleaning them and trimming them. Then went into store wearing the same gloves and started doing it behind the register, then proceeded to help customers. I was disgusted and started yelling at him to change his gloves. Keep in mind, they make food there, the little wrapped goodies and the grill. I will NEVER return to this store again!

Horrible place. Watch you as you shop then talks crazy in a foreign language. Spend your money at an American owned 7 eleven or shop elsewhere trust me.

I was just here on Tues. March 17, 2020 at 7pm and the sales man who is a older shirt middle eastern man just stared a aurgument...and started to tell at me and refused to serve me because he was caught lying to me about a wrong charge. I tried to buy a phone charger and it was in a manager special bin that said two for one and it was clearly marked on the item the price as 3 dollars. But when he was trying to scan the item it wouldn't scan for him so he scanned another charger that did scan but came up 6.50 when I explained that the charger I had chosen was clearly marked 3$. He refused said he did scan it and it came up 6$. I again stated he didn't scan it I was watching him the whole time and it wasn't scanning when he tried to and the item was naked with the correct price on it he got angry and I asked to speak to the manager and he refused to serve me and eventually I just left very unsatisfied...this was the worst service I have ever seen and the employee is clearly trying to scam unsuspecting customers when he can. I will never visit this location or maybe any location again.
