Had a great experience with AAction Movers from start to finish. They arrived to do a pre-inventory to help with the pricing and showed up when scheduled. Bonnie took over seeing the entire process and was in communication with me in a timely manner, letting me know how the process was going. She went the extra mile helping me out with storage at our destination site which is extremely appreciated. The move from planning to pickup to delivery went beautifully. Prior to arrival of our items, Bonnie and the actual movers were in contact with me, detailing the time they would be delivering our items. After the move Bonnie called me to make sure everything went smoothly. I really appreciated her communication with me throughout the move. There were no last minute or post-delivery billing surprises. Price was as quoted. I am very pleased with the results. I live in WI and was searching for an interstate moving company for my sister moving from AZ to WI. AAction Movers took so much stress off my plate. Thank you!!! I would definitely recommend them.

It was our first time hiring a moving company to cross state lines. Great customer service every step of the way. It was all hands on deck on moving day from the team that was packing and loading to dispatch ensuring that our needs were met. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that there was also a concierge service to help with establishing utilities, cable, and internet. We definitely would recommend Action Movers/United Van Lines for all your moving needs.

Highest rating of our packing crew (Carol and Rob). They were a pleasure to work with and their packing expertise resulted in not one broken item in the entire move. Same for Francisco and Tyler, who took special care in wrapping our furniture, knowing it would have to be unloaded and reloaded in Phoenix. And I enjoyed providing tunes for Francisco during the load. They were a man short on loading day and still finished in record time!

I had the pleasure of receiving assistance from Maurice and Rodney for my cross country move. They were polite, straight forward and made sure I had everything understand what was and wasn't acceptable. Neat and proficient, my items where handled with care as well as the care to insure no damage was substan to the property. I hope my next move is as relaxing and as successful as this one has been. My entire experience from the quote process to the packing, loading, and delivery of my furniture was excellent. The entire staff at AAction was very helpful, caring, and patient. We were experiencing heavy rain on the delivery date but the driver and staff accomplished the delivery with no interruption. I am pleased to give this 5 Star rating to the entire group that I communicated with which resulted in total satisfaction. Special thanks to the driver that was assigned to handle my move.

Maurice and Branzel did an outstanding job with loading our household goods (and packing a few items) into the truck for transport to the warehouse. They were both extremely professional and very knowledgeable and friendly - it was a real pleasure to watch them work. If we ever need to move again I will surely ask for them to help us. My mom Mary had Maurice and Branzel helped move their furniture to their new home. They did a wonderful job! They arrived in the time frame stated, covered up the furniture nicely for moving, and even covered the exterior door to protect it. They took great care in moving the items. There were easy to get along with and fun to talk to. Would highly recommend them.
