Staff was very friendly and helpful. I got my key made quickly, and other than the shock at the price for getting a key 🔑 copied, it went great. Good selection of paint 🎨 including spray paint. Cashier was very nice. I will shop here again.

This place has the best customer service by far! They will take the time to walk you to the product you’re interested in and make sure it’s the right fit. I come here quite a bit and they never fail to amaze me with how much they are on it.

Jessica, the floor manager, is fantastic! She always makes sure the store runs smoothly and that customers are taken care of. You can really tell she cares about both her team and the people who shop here. Casey was also super helpful and went out of her way to make sure I found exactly what I needed. Great service all around! I will be coming back here!

I try my hardest to visit all the ACE Hardwares around. Just left this particular store in Mesa. Not only did they help me find what I needed. They were also very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely returning when in this area.

Overpriced store, new owner making rules as they go. Rude employees. Doesn't honor Aces return policy, had to go 5 miles to a different store to make the return.

Worst customer service. Bought a part and the cashier didn't put in the bag with ge receipt when I got home had nothing. Called talked to Josh said he was acting manager was no help and lied about me getting my parts. Then says if I'm this loud when I come in he would kick me out. All because they can't do their job. We'll done ace. Keep hiring people that have no clue about customer service. Will never shop their again. Thank God for amazon.
