Staff was helpful. The base model Rouge was not enjoyable to drive. Shift lever worked oppostie of most SUV's. Teere were no floor mats & inside of windsheild needed cleaning of over spary vinyl cleaner.

Car was good, lines were kind of long when we picked up the car due to the busyness of the airport, everyone was friendly and prompt and polite, but prices seem awfully high with all of the fees.

Quality of van was excellent, drop off was great, reservations were greate. The only negative is that, even after checking-in online ahead of time, we still had to wait in line to get to the front desk at the Mesa airport. Slooooowww.

Several flights arrived near the same time on the afternoon of Feb16, 2024 at Mesa AZA, so there was a long line at the counter. The manager was very good at directing customers to their cross- trained staff members and apologized for the wait. The same manager straightened our bent front license plate before we left. He is the best!

It was relatively easy, and stress free after being on the plane. The one thing that is confusing, is all the car rental companies are all together. It doesn’t matter is you have an alamo rental. Its all behind one counter.

The check-in went super smooth at the Mesa AZ airport. My husband likes GM so we upgraded to one and it just took a minute more. Staff was friendly and efficient. The car was super clean and we had zero issues. Love the quick and easy return process too. Thoroughly enjoyed our trip for the week!

Easy check in and check out for Alamo car rental. Care was nice and clean. Shout out to Ron that was there at return, he was very friendly and helpful. Ron has earned his blender.

I prepaid for the car rental to qualify for accelerated check-in. There is no such thing, I waited in the long line with others who had no reservation. Pick up was confusing because there was one line for all the rental agencies, didn’t make sense. Drop off at Mesa airport was across the street from the airport with no shuttle service. My 85 yo mother and I had to walk across the busy intersection with our bags.
