This Osco has become my new pharmacy, so it’s convenient to grocery shop here, too. It took me a little time to adjust to a new grocery store, but I’ve been quite pleased with the grocery store AND the pharmacy. Everyone is far more courteous here than where I previously food shopped and had Rxs filled. I agree with others that Gentleman Sam offers exceptional customer service by his thoughtful, friendly, and professional style of interacting with customers! Joanna is wonderful - kind and pleasant, a real sweetheart. Today I was assisted by Tiffany, the new replacement for Hilary. Tiffany was great! I’m happy with the fresh change!

I love Albertsons Pharmacy because of some of the special people that work there, who are always so nice to me like Joanna and Sam 😊

Went to pick up prescription. Walked by two ladies and stood at counter for 15 minutes. One lady just staring straight ahead, nothing. Just left. I don't mind waiting, just say something.

Best service I have ever had. They remind you when your prescription is due so you don’t have to worry about running out. Very fast service. Friendly staff.

Worse service at an Osco pharmacy I've ever had and I've been dealing with Osco for over 50 years. My Dr prescribed a refill of 30 with 2 refills of 30. The pharmacist, Sam, filled all at once for a 90 day supply. When I got home and realized what he had done, I called back to tell then I was only to get a 30 day supply and that I needed to return two of the bottles. He informed me that they would not take then back, despite the fact they were factory sealed. When I spoke to the store manager regarding this issue he also refused to take then back. I understand why they wouldn't, but as I am in a fixed income and couldn't afford to pay for a 90 day supply he told me there was "nothing I can do about it" and told me I have to leave the store. They should have refunded me and thrown out the prescriptions. Now my phone number is now blocked and I can't even transfer my prescriptions to another store. I will be contacting corporate regarding this. Hopefully I can find a way to transfer my meds to another store. I guess they don't care about my health or if I can get my medicine ..

This old woman Linda ( is what is said on my receipt) seemed to have a problem with me as soon as I gave her my name. She only asked for a last name and I gave her my last name (even spelled it out ) she said they had no medication, I showed her the text and told her the other last name it could possibly be under and kept telling me "we don't have that medication for that name " I clearly got distressed because I have a bipolar disorder and anxiety but managed to keep my cool and I had to pretty much put my ID in her in front of her because she refused to believe they had medication for me and never asked for my ID when I kept trying to get her to look for my medications with the last name on my ID, She ended up finally looking at my ID, realizes the last name and says what I was trying to explain to her the whole time . She gives en annoyed sigh and goes "Jesus" and has attitude the whole time she's helping me out. I just want to know if this is how she treats Hispanic customers or if she's just a mean old woman in general. My first experience with the pharmacy alone and she made a great first impression, thanks for being so rude Linda

Great customer service but they need help because only the pharmacist was doing all the job but she was amazingly kind and always positive.

Great place. Helped me with my vaccine very well, and they have the J&J the easiest one to get and best one.

Horrible service. Last 2 times, prescription is called in by my doctor. I call the next day to make sure medicine is ready for pick up. I call over and over and over, no one never answers. I show up to pick up the medicine, and it is not ready. They never checked their phone messages. Very very frustrating, no one ever checks the phone messages and no picks up the phone so you can ask about your prescription. What a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!

As I was thinking about Albertsons, I was trying to remember things that would raise their rating to more than average 3 stars and here's what I came up with - Consistently - ive been shopping here since it opened (30ish years) and this Albertsons on Power rd & Broadway has always looked and smelled clean. Cashier turnover low - I like seeing the same handful of employees working at a specific location. Not only does it make trips to the store more enjoyable but it silently says alot about how well a business treats its employees. Overhead music has a "sing along" feel Self check out isles Thank you Albertsons - keep up the good work!

I will NEVER return to this establishment again. A business that operates with any sort of discrimination requires some sort of evaluation of management or lack thereof. i visited this poor excuse of a business by request of secret shopping which is a good thing I did, as the purpose of secret shopping exposes much more than just products. It can provide insight of operative conditions. I was very rudely approached by a man named Greg who belittled me and yelled "what do you think youre doing taking a photo of my beverages?" Calmly, I identified myself and showed my assignment as a secret shopper. Greg, again with a rude tone, snaps back stating he has dealt with "people like me" and refused to accept my reasoning despite showing physical proof of what I'm doing. He added, he's aware of secret shoppers and for the years he's seen them that not a single one has had to take a picture for any reason. His arrogance continued stating he was the "PIC" as if he was speaking to someone who's never been in a managerial position before we but that's beyond the scope of this review. His assumptions and ignorance was deplorable. One would imagine an apparent subject matter expert with Secret Shopping assignments would be aware that modern secret shopping apps require users to capture photos for the past several years but what do I know?
