I am so thankful to the pharmacy staff. They helped me get my medications last week after my insurance company was cyber hacked. It is great to have a pharmacy that cares about me and my family.

I’m sitting here post operation in severe pain because this pharmacy got their order system hacked yesterday and it’s still down. My doctors office called in four separate times to manually place the order and they won’t fill it. Now my doctors office is closed. Negative ten stars for this pharmacy. They also rejected multiple doctor written prescriptions for my son when he had ear infections. This place doesn’t care about human lives.

No one answers the phone all morning on 22 Sep. transferring my prescriptions, because the new older female pharmacist has such an attitude and was very unhelpful and denigrated my prescription plan.

I went to Albertsons for my 2nd covid-19 booster as I am eligible. The pharmacist told me they are not giving the searching booster. I had to explain to her that the Albertsons vaccine site online was quite detailed and specifically asked which vaccine/dose, which brand (Pfizer or Moderna), dates of all previous covid-19 vaccinations, last 4 of SS#, right down to which arm you wish to receive your injection. Pharmacists should be knowledgeable of the contents in Albertsons online Vaccine sign up. Just my opinion.

this grocery store is five stars! They have a ton of Albertsons grocery stores in California as well. Every time I go to California I like to shop at this grocery store. So I was super happy when I was here in Arizona and I actually found this location. It is definitely one of the better grocery stores that they have. I have been a tons of grocery stores in my life and this one is really really good. I love the fact that the cashiers are always super helpful and always willing to help you if you do need a little bit of assistance. The candy that they have right in front of the register is a big plus. I mean most grocery stores do have that but the candy selection that they have at this Albertsons location is definitely one that I've never seen before. I am definitely appreciative of everything that they do at the store and I definitely will be shopping here again whenever I'm in the area

The pharmacist that gave us our second vaccine was very unprofessional and was very disrespectful to my wife and I. It was an old man and he had a horrible attitude. If you're that old an miserable just retire. Looks like he was probably 90 years old. He was an asshole.

I've used this store for 15+ years. I missed going into the store due to pandemic. Well no longer and issue. Drive up and pick up groceries is awesome. Rose and KJ are awesome, fresh items just like I would pick myself. Thank you!!

Have you seen this dip? The five stars are for the Albertsons employee that searched throughout the entire store with me on Super Bowl Sunday trying to find one friggin' tub of Dean's French onion dip -- the cornerstone of any Super Bowl party. There was not a single tub in the entire store and for that I have to give Albertsons one star.

This was the first time I've shopped at Albertson's in long time! I used to think their prices were a bit higher than competitors, but it seems to be perfectly aligned with other entities, now. I downloaded the app & easily placed an order online for everything I needed to be picked up the following day (rarely can you get same-day for pickup). This store seemed to be able to fulfill my order quicker than others, and at a location I prefer. Nothing was out of stock, just a few items were replaced with a different brand since the store brand was out of stock- no biggie! I called the number on the sign when I parked in the designated spot. Less than 5 minutes, and an attendant was out there with another employee toting the groceries- I didn't even have to get out of my car! I believe it was a manager who was helping me, and he was very professional. Both him & the gentleman with my cart full were wearing masks. I was instructed to pop my trunk, he asked for my drivers license (I ordered alcohol) & took the info down before having me sign the pickup slip, handed me my receipt & I was on my way! (Oh, besides the fact I accidentally popped my hood instead of my trunk. LOL! He was so kind as to make sure my hood was secured so I still didn't have to get out of my vehicle during the entire interaction- 5 stars on his part for the awesome customer service!!!) The reason I docked a star- the groceries were bagged pretty poorly. Some bags were near empty with 1 item while others were overflowing & items compromised. And, they were not placed well when they loaded my trunk. I ended up having to fish out the roll-away bottles & cans that flew all over during transport home. That would have been bad news had there been eggs in my order! And, I pointed out how there was a patron parked in the reserved spot for pickup that was clearly inside shopping, therefore blocking a reserved spot dedicated to someone such as myself who needed to use it for the quick pickup... he brushed my comment off as if it didn't matter. Luckily there was another reserved spot open, otherwise it would have prevented the pickup, and I think he should have taken the plate number down & announced over the intercom to inform the person responsible that isn't okay. So, overall, this was a breeze & I'm very pleased with this location. I'll definitely continue to shop here wether it be pickup or actually going in. They have everything you'd need on a basic grocery trip, and the customer service is quite decent for the most part. I was handed a copy of my receipt, but it was also emailed to me. I appreciated the text notifications when my order was ready, as well. They've made the process very easy during a pandemic when we really don't want to be going out & about or around others if it can be avoided!

No mask? No problem. Ive been shopping here for 4 years and today when I asked the employees to require that all masks be worn OVER the nose, they responded, "It'll be fine, dude." Ill never shop there again.
