This is a nice and clean store. Didn't have a good experience in the deli getting lunch meat. Would have also bought cheese but the lady working was so put out that she had to help me that I was done. I left no longer irritated because Cathleen at check out was lovely!

My mom just ordered two large hot chocolates from the Starbucks here, and they were only half filled when she received them from the barista. Totally not cool- Starbucks is expensive.

I check fresh, Albertsons, and walmart prices in the same list, walmart beat them by by far. I won't be going to by big groceries 😒 if I need milk bread that's it. I am done eggs back up too.

I come here a lot for my breakfast/lunch at the deli counter with no issue, but about 10 minutes ago I left my salad by the self checkout counter because the older lady who helped me this morning scooped the excess noodles hanging over the side of the container into the container with her bare hand. Please don’t resell this. I was going to say something to the clerk by self checkout but there was no one there. I would have told her myself but she seemed a bit confrontational and I didn’t want to start my morning that way. Do better please.

This location has really gone down we used to really like shopping here, but Not Anymore.... They're fried chicken was the Best of all the other stores deli in town. Now they serve OLD chicken, you can tell because the chicken bones are black and the chicken is stringy. OLD?.. Albertsons get it together or maybe this location should be reported to the Board of Health before someone gets Sick.??

I was treated like a criminal while shopping here. I took my family to get some soda deals when I was almost push by a manager who I guess thought we looked like we were going to steal? She came out of an isle then mean mugged us so I decided not to look for anything else to buy. She looked like she was high on drugs. But i guess they are desperate for anyone to work there. i was looking for the clearance isle when she almost ran into me. she and another what looked like another manager followed us. I have never stolen in my life but being treated like I was stealing or going to made me never want to shop here again. Is this how you treat people? Did we not look like your typical shopper? Old white men with tons of money? It's disgusting how you treat people. You lost a loyal customer. I have been going here for years. I won't be treated like a thief when me and my family work hard for our money we will spend it somewhere else where they treat us like humans not criminals!!

This store has crushed me 2 days in a row. I came in Saturday afternoon to order some cupcakes for a very special surprise on Monday. Soon as I said I wanted to order cupcakes the girl starts yelling at me saying they only have chocolate. I had to ask her twice what was she saying. She said I'm just letting you know chocolate is all we have. Well chocolate is what I wanted. So I didn't understand the yelling at first. Anyway she takes my order for 2 dozen cupcakes. I asked what's the earliest I can pick them up, she said 9:30am on Monday. Thought that was perfect because the surprise was at 10:30am. Get to the bakery at 9:45am, told them I'm here to pick up my order. She's looking all over and can't find it. Then goes to the back wall to see my order form tape up there. Tells me the cupcakes weren't made because the decorator called out. Understandable. But I gave my name and phone number. What was the point of giving my phone number if no one was going to use it. If I would have gotten a call I could have came up with a plan B. No phone call, no nothing but a sorry. So of course I had to run to Everything Bundt Cake to save me from the embarrassment even though I was an hour late for the surprise.
Then I came in the next morning to get some fresh fruit. I got a bowl of honeydew melon & a bowl of cantaloupe. The bowl of honeydew was mushy and spoiled. Could not eat it at all. Alberton's you guys just have to do better. Back to back disappointments

On Sunday we went shopping on May 12th and bought a package of supposedly fresh cookies from the deli section we opened that night and found they were hard as a rock. The next day was Monday to ask for a replacement pack and they were okay with that. Told the lady at the self checkout that they were all out dated, she said "Oh well" with no concern whatsoever.
We got home to find out that the second pack was just as bad. They were hard as a rock but with a date of 2 days old.
We chose not to go back a 3rd time because it costs more in gas than it is worth to go back again.
If you ask me, the only explanation for this is they are taking them off the shelf and repackaging them again.
Because we have bought the cookies before from this same store before and they were fresh.
At these prices, it is Not acceptable!
Shame on you for allowing this to happen.
