Hate the app. Been shopping Albertons Safeway 34 years I really am done. Winco is hastle free your app is a waste of time. Older people don't want to or don't know how to play u make them pay full price. I shopped today and had to wait at the service desk to get my money back again for items not ringing up correctly. Winco here I come they are app free.

Meat manger is always rude . I know everyone can have bad days . But it's all the time I was in the meat area and he pushed my basket as I'm walking with it . No excuse me or I'm sorry .

Manager and Assistant manager just accused me of making comments toeatds customers outside wjich is a bold face lie, I'm a 62 yr old former Albertsons driver and they have the balls to accuse me of being a trouble maker? Racist managers thought I was a Mexican vagrant 😡 I'm not a Mexican, vagrant or troublemaker, I threw away the wings I bought because I'm disgusted with this place 😡

I love this Albertson's. The shelves are always stocked well and there is always plenty of staff available to assist you should you need help locating a product. The staff are also very courteous and friendly. This is my go-to grocery store, I almost always find all the things on my shopping list here. Just watch how the pricing and deals ring up at the register, I've encountered items I only purchased because they were on special that did not ring up accordingly but Albertson's is always really good at correcting the error and honoring the advertised price as long as the criteria was met for the deal.

I usually only go for my scripts. The staff is usually very nice and helpful. They are not as great at answering their phone, especially during snow bird season, but that's understandable, however they are helpful when you are on phone with them. The store's prices on regular items are little high, but it's a great quick stop when you're in the area and need something quickly.

Like this Albertsons allways get good customer service and great deals even though it has mothing to do with this store but there new online pickup or delivery was a joke. Coulndt view promo code at checkout. Did not save $30 on $75 purchase for pickup. Customer service reps couldnt help or never the less speak english correctly. Bad first experience with online ordering

My wife and I were in this morning and used self checkout and the employee working the area (we didn't get her name) but she was probably in her 60's or 70', wore glasses and had shoulder-length dark hair, was not friendly and seemed to be in a bad mood. We noticed she was not helpful and rude to other customers who asked her questions. We usually shop at Frys but decided to give your store a try. Not impressed.
