This store has the worst service ever. Last time in the store I had to dispute every sale item that I was charged full price for. After asking 3 times to verify the pork price was corrected I got home and it was not. Ordered on the app today to make sure I got the sale prices and got an unwanted substitution and missing 75% of my order. Why even allow the order to be placed if you don’t have it? When I asked the curbside person she just said have a nice day and walked off. Hopefully the Kroger merger never happens or this is most likely what will be the outcome everywhere. Albertsons has all my purchase info so they can make it right or just continue to suck.

I've shopped here for the last couple of years. I love the convenience of the hot wings bar when I need a quick meal. I use self checkout mostly but the employees I have interacted with have always been kind and courteous.

I'm so mad at their horrible customer service. I called yesterday around 5:30 pm to see if they carried some baby formula and they said yes. When I got there there was none and I drove all the way from apache junction

You need to find a pharmacy staff that provides a decent service. Lost prescriptions, dropped calls after holding 6 times for 20 minute's. And no return calls when a voice message left. You provide a service to the public. Hopefully when Kroger takes you over.. the Baseline store becomes a history item.

10/12/23 I was in the store today, I heard the Customer Service Manager bitching out 2 employees about their break. The session was obvious to a few customers and I felt bad I didn't say something at the time (might want to handle it in private Denise) PS, I always have a great experience with the cashiers, they are very friendly and helpful!

Terrible customer service. Mondo his name was. Wanted to roll his eyes and have an attitude the entire time I was asking questions. Completely ridiculous I will never be returning to this god awful store.

Another week at checkout. The sales are located on the "FRIENDLY APP ??? " one is located in clip, one is located on digital, one is "in store " and NONE, are recorded at checkout ????. People, tell me I'm not the only one. This happens every week

Really didn’t appreciate standing at self checkout waiting for help to remove items off of my ticket because I could afford them.Was extremely frustrated with Veronica at customer service. Self checkout doesn’t have partial card payments ( it’s totally fine ) and I was told to move to customer service. Veronica left me to put all of my groceries back into my cart by myself and walked away from me before I was even able to follow.As a low income student who works three jobs to survive, I didn’t want to cry when I left a grocery store today. But that’s exactly how I was made to feel while I waited for a good 10 minutes to even get helped when the self checkout register was alerting.Will not be returning to this location any time soon.
