I love this place everyone is so friendly and helpful. I bought a vape and when It was time to change it, it wouldn't change. I took it in and they replaced it no problem.

Stopped by with my fiancé to purchase some cigarettes. Had we not been in a rush to get him some and get to our meeting post-haste, we would have bounced immediately.
For one, it's like they guess the price. The person who assisted us didn't even look or care to.
Secondly, their prices are more double than other shops in other parts of Mesa. On a positive note, the staff were nice and provided service with a subtle smile.

This place has excellent customer service. I only get out this way about once a month and I find myself finding reasons to come back to this shop. In particular, Nicole has just been awesome the last couple months. Last month I just so happened to come in on 4/20. Much to my surprise, Nicole informed me everything I wanted was 50% off. She had such an infectious smile, happily offering me that discount. I come in today and she's still wearing that beautiful smile while handling two customers and the phone. You folks need to clone her because that's how you want your business represented. I leave every time with the same smile that I caught from Nicole. if you're in the area and need a smoke shop, I highly recommend this one.
