Hello I came in today sad i had to pawn my switch game console, but the bright smile on the cashier’s face I believe her name was minervia, she was really sweet and very helpful and clear about the process! I have been in a couple times but this time was definitely the best experience I’ve had there! I can tell shes a very patient person the customer in font of me was being a little hard headed she definitely impressed me by keeping her cool because ive worked in customer service before and that wouldve even taken me out!

Worst pawn shop in Arizona Maricopa!! Horrible customer service and the owner is trash. Low ball and don’t take a list of anything. Don’t waste your time at this pawn shop. The employees sit do their makeup and buzz people in and out. They don’t say nothing but we probably won’t take it

I would give no stars if I could. Don’t ever get a loan from this place they lie and say one thing and do another my advice is if you get a loan from this place get everything in writing, but better advice don’t go here
