I didn't buy an RV from them but wish I did -- they were friendly, informative, helpful, and not-pushy. I ended up buying from a private party off Craigslist to save a buck and brought it to them for work before driving cross-country. It had hidden issues! Had I followed their advice better, or just bought from them in the first place, it would have been way less trouble. Wonderful people!

VERY TRUSTWORTHY. I store my fifth wheel there. People are so helpful. Mechanic on duty, the will even wash & wax your camper.

We had a safety recall on our propane quick release. Place where we purchased trailer scheduled us 5 months out. KZ Connect factory referred us to Always RV and Chip got us right in. Dave did the repair work and shared valuable information to us newbies! Highly recommend! Great customer service and very friendly.

This is a great place for any problems you may have with your unit. Dave the owner goes far and above what most repair shops will do. Very honest and quality work. Willing to take the time to share knowledge of the RV world. Chip the manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this business to anyone needingservice of any kind.

I bought an RV extended warranty (United States Warranty Corporation) from these guys in Oct2018. I was under the impression that the extended warranty deductible ($200) would be reduced by 25% when I file a claim after I turned 62 due to the Senior Citizen discount. Attention to detail: You must be 62 or older when you buy the contract in order to get the Senior Citizen 25% reduction. Jay Vargas in the Finance Department at Always RV is helping me understand this small detail, but they seem easy to work with.

Following our travels **** stored and maintained it for us and, when sadly we had to sell it, ****** handled the sale and went to the trouble of shipping our personal belongings back to *********.The whole team are wonderful to work with. **** is a sensational guy - totally reliable, honest and super-helpful.
