This was my first time purchasing eye glasses. The service was very generic and the glasses don't work very well at all. The store didn't accept our insurance so I paid cash. It took longer than expected to get the glasses. The pick up clerk was not helpful when I tried them on and said that I didn't think they were right (she actually just bailed and sent another clerk over). The fit was good but the prescription was off. I was told that I just need to get used to them. I haven't gotten used to them, the prescription is wrong. Not impressed at all with the product or service. Not the cleanest of centers. I cannot recommend.

Should have just gone to Costco Optical!Booked an appointment for a contact lenses exam. Arrived and was told it was for glasses, waited extra time to switch to contacts exam. Get through eye exam and I'm waiting for the sales person to go over the options and America's Best doesn't carry the Acuvue Oasys day/night brand on the script. Said it would take 2 to 3 weeks to get a trial pair in, let alone order any. You can only, I repeat, only get the brand on your script.Went to Costco, got a year's supply in 2 days. Don't waste your time or money on America's Best.

No pressure sales. Ability to select what analysis you need. Friendly staff. Good selection of reasonably priced frames.Con: Slow delivery of glasses as orders are sent out to a lab.

I would rate America's Best on S Power Rd zero stars if I could. The lack of empathy and caring for patients would make the American Board of Optometry cringe. On top of that, the office staff is extremely rude and condescending. I was prescribed a new prescription and a new brand of contact lenses, and the staff rudely refused to order a trial pair of lenses -- absolutely unheard of. Having spent 30+ years with professional eye care providers, my experience with America's Best has been the polar opposite of what good health care is about. Save yourself time and money and go else where for quality care.

My first exam was quick and thorough. Staff was super friendly and patient while picking out my glasses. I was told it would take two weeks for them to arrive and they came in a week early. Nice job, guys ?

I do not like being treated rudely!!! The people are absolutely rude here. Especially the lady up front, the Mexican girl who’s name starts with an M and the doctor. Maybe they’re racist idk what their issue is. Bad energy all around! The lady up front had an attitude when checking us in. I was trying to be helpful and asked her a question and she straight up ignored me! I repeated myself and still no response. WHATEVER! I just wanted to get me son some driving glasses. We tested his vision and I asked the doctor if he had an astigmatism he said “ not to pop your bubble but your not special” … I was asking questions trying to find out how his vision was and he felt like he had to say that like 3 damn times!!! Like for real?! I told him I wasn’t saying that we were special!!! I just wanted to know because he isn’t seeing clearly. He rushed through the exam and didn’t care that my son said his right side was still blurry. Then we go out to wait and this girl (I don’t know her name but it started with an M) was sitting and talking to the manager for 10 minutes before she decided to take another patient to get his glasses. We sat down and OF COURSE we were in her spot. I told my son to come to the back and she felt like she needed to patronize me and tell me in the snottiest voice that’s the waiting area. WONDERFUL THANK YOU for treating me like an idiot. She was laughing and I got more mad. Why do you think I walked back here?! Should’ve said it when you watched us sit there!!!! I don’t ever want to come back here if I don’t have to. These people are straight up rude with BAD ENERGY!! They don’t make you feel welcome and feel like they need to patronize the customers. Never again!!!!!!!!! Russ was the only nice and helpful person. He knew my energy was off but he still was polite and wasn’t rude. I appreciated him. But the others?! They need to take some classes in customer service and about how to better themselves because they made the experience VERY unpleasant!

I needed to get a new pair of glasses and didn't know where to start. America's Best made it easy from start to finish. I made my online appointment an immediately got in. My eyes got measured and I was able to chose two pair of glasses. Within one week I had my new eyeglasses and I am happy to be able to see without difficulty. Thank you for making it so easy, America's Best.

Matzie, Glorie, Jennifer , and Amanda are absolutely amazing! So friendly, helped me pick out the cutest glasses and kept me at ease and so at peace during the whole process! I know that blast of air to the eyeball is pure torture but glorie kept me talking I hardly noticed it. Absolute sweethearts all of them! They are 100% the reason I will keep going there and the low prices of course;)

I was thinking about returning to this location since I've been going for the last 10 years. However my last visit on 12/29/2023 was very unpleasant. The doctor who called me back didn't even greet me and ushered me to the exam chair. He wore a man bun and seemed very uninterested in his job. He pushed the visual tester infront of my face and I was immediately discouraged by all the dust and debris surrounding the eye fields. As someone who believes in quality control of machinery and testing I quickly brought up the debris and dirt...I was ignored and told to try to read the letters. I mentioned again that the glass was extremely foggy and dirty looking. Again I was blatantly ignored. The doctor didn't say anything except,"better or worse". I struggled looking through the lens and then was given my Rx. I had it go up by .25 in one eye and I couldn't help but wonder if it was because of the dusty lens. I have been treated poorly before by front office that used to work there but I never minded because they had nice doctors. Now they have decent front office and rude doctors. I just think I'm going to find another place with doctors that hear my concerns. Hopefully the doctor is a bit more aware of the proper upkeep that's needed for machines that test for visual acuity testing.

Pretty fast service, everyone was very nice. My appointment was at 9:40 and I was out by 10:15am. I got two glasses for 79.99, no additional fees or anything. Loved it!

Went like this:Me: "I was told my contacts would be $81."Lady at counter: "No, it's $120."Me: "Why the price difference?"Lady: "The other staff member gave you the wrong price."Me: "Why would he do that?"Lady: "Yeah, he does that sometimes."Unprofessional and not what I expect from an eyewear store. Inconsistent pricing and dismissive staff make it hard to recommend this place. Get your prices in writing if you go.
