Very displeased with the customer service. Americopy came very highly recommended by a close friend and associate. I’m an artist and needed my original canvas art scanned and printed for a show. When I called I was very clear and communicative about what I wanted and asked if it was doable and I asked about the prices and the process. I told the associate on the phone that I needed high quality prints to distribute for an art show. I was told that they could do this and the price was in my price range. I was also told since it was a small order that it could even be done that day which is great because the show is out of town. When I arrived I was told that they could not complete my order that day and that it would need to be sent out and would cost double what I was quoted on the phone. I worked around this and started the process of ordering from them because they came so highly recommended. I stated that I wanted my art to be on high quality paper - something heavy duty but cost effective like cardstock. The associate brought out low quality matte cardstock. I thought this was my only option and was on a time crunch so I approved the order. After I left my friend told me that they have lots of different options for paper and the cost is all the same. I then called back and asked if I could have it done on gloss paper. I was told I would have to pay for both the low quality cardstock and the gloss. I asked to speak with the store manager and she stated she would not redo the order unless I paid for both. She also informed me at this time that they have an entire book of paper I could have chosen from. I was never once shown this book and didn’t know it existed until that moment. I also was not greeted when I came in and was a little confused on the store process when I arrived. There was multiple people working 6-8 people in the store but I was not helped for 10-15 minutes or more and was not greeted. Due to this experience I asked the manager if she would please remake the order on gloss prints (this was a smaller order) - she refused. I was told it was because I approved the order but most professional printers make you sign stating you are happy with the order or make you pay upfront and that didn’t happen. I then asked to speak to the owner - Mr. Heywood because this seemed unprofessional. The manager stated that was not possible (and he has nothing to do with the store) and it would be 5 weeks or more before she even saw him. As a small business owner - I find this hard to believe. Overall, it was a very unprofessional and unpleasant and even stressful experience. I just wanted nice looking prints for my customers and will not pay for anything less. I do hope they will contact me and apologize so that I can use them again as they did come highly recommended.

Not sure if they just are operating on ancient technology or just like it slow there, but it took a day for them to copy something I made from my home printer. I would have done them all at home but I didn’t want to use all my ink. Still a good store but if you want something done quicker especially if it is simple just go to the ups store or staples.

I went in late at night very close to closing to print some documents. The lady at the front counter was kind and gave me instructions on how to do so. Everything went smoothly and I got my papers printed in about 3 minutes time. I highly recommend for fast and efficient printing!!

I have been coming here since the 90's, they are fantastic. I would honestly give little notice to the negative reviews and suppose that these are the same individuals who are rude & impossible to please everywhere they take their business. These folks are talented! I wanted this painting for a Seminary graduation, but couldn't afford the $250 price tag online. I found out that the painting was not copyrighted, so I could have it reprinted. Ellie at Americopy did a wonderful job-isn't it beautiful? Only cost around $12

This place used to be amazing but now only bozos seem work there?? It has gone so far DOWNHILL!!! The service is horrid!! The people are not helpful wouldn't return any of the 9 phone calls and it's so sad!! They had all of my materials and the fob with digital copies I needed for 4 days and they did nothing!! I called and left messages several messages and got NOTHING!! I wish they could get their act together!! See how many negative reviews that have? But sadly, I had to go to another print shop who had it all done in less than 15 min - how pathetic?!?!?!

This is some of the worst service I have ever received from anywhere. I was quoted that my project would take a week, however after 3 weeks of trying to get a hold of "Ella," I was finally given a quote for the first time at a ridiculously high rate. This has been a waste of my time. I have lost money because of this business. Do not use Americopy.

I have used Americopy for years. Lately their pricing, turn around time, and customer service has been less reliable. I just went to have a few objects spiral bound and was charged incorrectly. My order was upcharged almost 20%. When I politely asked to speak to the individual who priced my order they refused to come speak with me. Instead the cashier was sent back. Horrible customer service. Low prices, bad service.
