Semi delivery follow the lil board sign ! Entrance is in S signal Butte RD ! Guard lady was nice ! Parking area if you arrive early like hour or 2 but not overnight parking ! Unloading was about 2 hour ! Easy backin docks !

DONOT enter from first gate. Proceed to second gate, intercom guard, he will open door, goto guard shack stop sign and wait for guard to come out and check you in with your ID. He will guide you to the dock. Very tight right turn from guard shack to docks. Clean facility and no restrooms. Easy to back in door

Pick up and delivery you have to use gate 2. I have no idea why it have so many star. My appointment at 8 am now is 10 and still no door. Regular guard check. No restroom. ?

Gate opens at 8 am for deliveries. Can park about 2 miles from location off of Elliot n 96th place. Staff n security crew cordial. Quick unload.
