Melissa Bumann is totally rude and entirely unprofessional. We had a simple issue that needed to be addressed and she was so disrespectful and blew things out of proportion as if their mistake was our fault. Have done business with them a few times but she completely ruined any desire to do business with this company if this is how they treat clients. We will have our propane orders filled by other means. If you need customers service support from this company good luck and BEWARE MELISSA BUMANN.

I dealt with Paula down here in Mesa and was very happy with our experience. I had a family event that we were hoping to get our pool heat up and running for. It looked as though it may not happen, but the day we arrived they were able to get everything going. I was happy dealing with a company that does what it says it's going to do.

I received fabulous service after my gas ran out right before Christmas. Scott showed up right as scheduled (fyi, call in am to pin down arrival window) and he was pleasant and very helpful. Very satisfied customer!

Shout out to AZ PROPANE! They’ve been supplying me for years. I saw the truck down the street filling my neighbors tank, and they went out of their way to service my tank—I wasn’t even on the books for that day. THANK YOU!!!!

This review is for Fountain Hills location but they are probably all the same. BEWARE OF THEFT AT THE PUMP! If you don't get 5 gallons you will still PAY for 5 gallons even if your tank only takes 3 or 4 gallons. At $3.39 a gallon I consider that theft. I never noticed before cause always filled 2-3 tanks. May have to get gas tanks at Walmart.

We have been using Arizona Propane for years. They have always been dependable. Our service rep. is Victor and he is always on time and is a pleasure to deal with. If we ever have a shortage we are able to call in and they work to get us service quick. If you are looking for great service check them out.Hendrix Salvage Company

Competitive priced propane refills. Been refilling two 40 pound tanks for 5+ years (I use them to tie into my main rv tank... keeps main tank at a sufficient equilibrium to work ALL onboard propane appliances). They even fixed/replaced internal workings on one of my 40 pounders for a fair price. They are in a weird location, but it is worth the trip (gravel drive, follow signs, go around stopped trucks (slowly & carefully) as they are likely lined up waiting to be weighed & dumped)). Everyone @ Arizona Propane is friendly & helpful. Keep up the good work guys!

It's a little tricky to find but boy is it worth it. Three tanks filled for about 40 bucks! Three replacements from any of the propane exchange places will run you over 60 bucks So ya I'll be back again for sure!Thank you!

First off, I am sorry for not writing a review sooner on yelp! Here at Our Lady of Czestochowa I guess with so many volunteers we figured someone was going to write a review. Oh, boy, our bad. If anyone wants to know if this review is for real just call the parish number and ask for Diane Renee at 602-212-1172 I am one of the many volunteers at the parish and festival.For years, you are our only supplier of propane at the Polish Festival in Phoenix! We never had a problem. We always got our propane ahead of schedule & every year our festival has been expanding. Thanks to you, we are able to expand and meet the demand of our awsesome hungry guests and visitors. I know we are blessed for your help in meeting our demands. this is definitely a great pairing. Just come out and see all the happy faces and they eat what was made by the help of Arizona Propane.

Arizona Propane at this location was exceptionally honest and helpful. The first time we stopped in here the manager indicated that one of our tanks was actually overfilled (by another service provider), and the other one was partially filled and he suggested that we do not fill it because he'd have to charge us for the full amount. He offered that we come back in a couple of days and he'd be happy to service the tank for us. This location does not sell portable tanks, nor do they do tank exchange. This is strictly a tank filling service. Very reasonable, very reliable, very honest.
