Its simple. He located the unit I wanted, gave me the necessary paperwork to fill out, assisted me in doing so, all in the amount of time one might expect. Also, I simply mentioned the move in specials I read online and he just made sure I got everything I was entitled to, in a professional manner. I like efficient courteous service.

I had a slight situation where in my move, I ran out of room in my POD. I called and John hooked me up with a 10x10 for $50.00 for the month. I only need it for 2 weeks but the cost savings is fantastic!! Really appreciate the effort.

Arrow storage in Mesa is great! No fluffing, no hidden fees, no B.S. l was stressed and out of time with my stuff. Stacie at the front desk was so kind and very helpful. She answered all my questions with such a patient heart. I've been to many storage places across the valley and allot of them are so inconvenient. But Arrow storage has good pricing, good hours, great staff, and offer Uhaul services if a truck is available. I recommend this Mesa location with pride. Best self storage I've ever been to.

Service was amazing. The people there were very helpful. Space was what I expected and had asked for. The ability to reserve a space more than 3 days in advance was very helpful for an out of state parent moving an ASU student. Rates were exceptional.
