I have attempted to resolve my account balance for 9 months. I have called and email several times, yet no one has responded. I can't imagine how this is the Aspen standard.

Just had the worst experience at this office. Workers are definitely pushy when it comes to getting work done and do not disclose fees prior to being seen. I felt like they were trying to take my money and demand dental work that was not necessary. I initially went in for TMJ and ended up walking out the door for $13,000 worth of dental work needing to be done with also a misdiagnosis.. The dentist initially gave me a treatment plan for the wrong tooth. They initially told me they wanted to retreat my root canal because the root canal wasn’t done deep enough (which was not needed on that tooth after all) After reviewing the treatment plan I called back to let them know the estimate was for the wrong tooth, I asked if the dentist can re-review my X-rays and let me know if it’s going to be the same amount and work done just on the correct tooth. The receptionist was very adamant in getting me back into the office and called the next morning to get me in immediately, I left and rushed work to see the dentist. After going in he just reviewed my X-rays and didn’t even touch my mouth he suggested another root canal or implant. I was bothered by the fact that he could have done this over the phone, he didn’t really seem too confident in his suggestions for what needed to he done. The lady then came back into the office and asked me for a over $300 consultation fee ($70 out of pocket that insurance didn’t cover) this “fee” was never discussed. I don’t understand why they would charge a consultation to look at my X-rays again which wasn’t done correctly the first time. The dentist had never to state that “his time is worth nothing” which is ridiculous considering I left work for him to do something he could’ve done over the phone. The way him and the lady handled the interaction was so unprofessional. It was very much giving desperate for money vibes by trying to charge people for work they don’t need.

Their financial team has no business talking with patients if they do not know the actual rules and procedures. Please make sure your people get the actual training they need so that someone else doesn’t leave completely devastated. Horrible.

Stay far away from Aspen dental. Especially the Dobson and the 202 location. I went in for a tooth extraction and they couldn’t do it. They then said they could do if I paid $1800. The big white lady in the front refused to send my X-rays to another dentist. These people are ghetto and not trustworthy. Stay far away there scam artist!!

They saw me in one day as a walk in for an extraction and it was pretty straightforward. I definitely recommend this Dental office. And Dr Adam’s was great and made me feel at ease. 5 stars

I went from years of no work done on my teeth. Lots of pain and issues needing to be treated. I walked in so nervous!!! But they treated me like i am a person .. specially with anxiety with dentist . The dentist he is great !!! Always able to talk to him about my teeth and any pain but also anything about anime and other fun topics that way it’s an easy experience!! Thank you all for the help getting my mouth back to what it needed to be !!!

Appointment was quick on Wednesday, will need to go back for an adjustment though. Friendly staff.

The staff are very friendly and professional. It was very inviting, no rush, I give kudos to the receptionist for her fight with the insurance companies to get everything paid right.

I had my first visit with Dr. Adam's, finally a honest dentist. Prior to my visit I had some frustration with my prior dentist who insisted I had 3 cavities and wanted me to get them filled. I had a great conversation with Dr Adam’s about dental care and that the spots my previous dentist wanted to fill have looked like that for 10yrs. He double checked the areas of concern and my record of no cavities at 47 remained in tact. Also shout out to Jody my Hygienist, she gave me some awesome advice to keep my teeth healthy and in check! Thanks again
