Had a wild hair to stop in to the store as I was on a job for their neighbor. I figured I’d see what deals were in because I was sick of the junk signal from Tmobile. The manager Nathan was so helpful- he wasn’t that typical used car sales man you get at stores. He answered all my questions and gave me actual numbers on a printed quote versus just throwing them out there like Tmobile does. 10/10

This is my go-to AT&T store. I’ve worked with the manager Nathan a few times now, and he always remembers me, asks how I’ve been, and takes the time to connect — something you don’t see much these days.
When I first moved to Dobson Ranch, my experience wasn’t good. I traded in a phone, but Rosy never sent it back to AT&T and I was stuck for months trying to get it resolved. I spoke with Chris, the manager at the time, multiple times, and even though he said he’d call me, I never heard back. Honestly, I was ready to give up on this location.
Then in June, I met Nathan during his first week at the store. He fixed everything in just a couple of days, got me a bill credit for the hassle, and even helped me sign up for a work discount that saves me around $70 a month. Hailey has also been a huge help — she walked me through my bill and pointed out charges I didn’t even know I had.
Sometimes there’s a short wait, sometimes it’s wide open, but that’s expected in a store compared to calling customer service. The difference now is this team: they’re knowledgeable, helpful, and actually care about doing right by their customers. So I urge people to ignore the negative nancy’s and Karen’s and trust that this team will help you.
What really stands out is the way Nathan runs the store. Just this week when I stopped in he was working open to close by himself, juggling multiple customers at once, and I still only had to wait a few minutes to be helped. That’s why I keep coming back, I’ve seen first hand the turn around.

I had a TERRIBLE experience at this AT&T store. I came in and waited about 15-20 minutes after being told, “Hold on, I’ll be right with you.” I had already been in the store earlier this week for a similar issue and had to come back today to get it resolved. After waiting patiently, the gentleman finished with his customer, then walked over to family HAILEY was assisting. Next thing I know, Hailey walks to the back and they grab their stuff and WALKED OUT the door, (with his/her face in the phone) COMPLETLEY ignoring me and leaving me standing there without ANY service.
This was extremely rude, unprofessional, and a complete waste of my time. I expected better from AT&T, especially after already having to make another trip to the store for the same issue, in the same week, not to mention a LOYAL customer with 5 LINES and Internet. Should I take my service else where?

Staff seems nice enough but they need more training. The store also sold us a broken phone and then told us to take it to the Apple Store to have it fixed? We hadn’t even left the store and it wouldn’t accept an eSIM. So obviously it wasn’t anything we did to it. We went back the next day and they replaced it finally but then they removed the eSIM from MY phone on accident. I wasn’t even there, I just all of a sudden had no service.
I have trouble at that location every time I go. I guess I’m just too optimistic. I’ll find a different one to go to next time.
