I went to AT&T a few days ago I was have trouble with my service on my phone.I talk to a guy by the name of Preston a respectable young dude. He was patient with me as I didn’t know too much about my phone but he gave me a new SIM card and had me turn my phone on an off and I have had any trouble since thank you Preston!

AT&T.Best cellular on the planet..Chris helped us to.day.Always the best service, when we go in that store.Greeted with a smile.always welcomes us.They work very hard to help customers..my wait time wasn't bad.either..the store was jam packed, and Chris was happy to helpFixed my situation, Gotta Love Samsung.Specially if yar a Gamer like me.Chris hooked me right up.was having an insurance issue with my cell..no worries att has the beat I insurance..haven't found a better one.My s21 gwtti g and upgrade to s22 ultra, and yes 512 gig..is more powerful than my laptop..crazzy huh..My cell is incredibly fast.Zero wait time.in a fast paced world is what we all need.Go see Chris..or really anyone over on power AT&T.THEY WILL FIX ya right up..and give ya the very best service..lots to choose from, clean..or watch the game if it's on.while ya wait.Thank you Chris..You Rock!Jay

Came in and was speaking with Veronica who was very kind and helpful and was rudely interrupted by Dorothy who was trying to belittle Veronica in front of everyone in the store . Thanks to Veronica for helping me and resolving my issue . Boo to Dorothy for being rude and disrespectful.

Called about exchanging or returning a product and was treated incredibly poorly. While trying to ask questions to better understand the young lady handed off the phone to a manager with no warning or explanation who was then also rude and dismissive. Very unprofessional store would not recommend

My husband and I had AMAZING customer service at this location by Hugo! We changed our service from another carrier to AT&T, purchased 3 new phones and an I Pad. Hugo was extremely patient with us even as more and more customers came through the door. Not once did he seem flustered or rushed with us! He was able to multi task helping others while providing top notch service to us. Refreshing to see this level of customer service out there!!

Yesterday Eric assisted my husband in trading in his old for a new phone and case, transferring his data, and answered a bunch of various questions.He was very patient, helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable and technically adept with phone technology & changes in capabilities.After Eric told us we could save $80/ month if I changed service providers, I naturally decided to transfer from Verizon to AT&T. Thank you for all your help Eric!!

My husband and I are new and we came here for help. Seth & Mary were above and beyond. They both have the best customer service and so much patience, they helped us get what we wanted and we couldn’t be more grateful. Definitely a great store with awesome workers that provide amazing service, i’m so thankful for that! It’s hard finding good customer service now a days.. Thank you guys so much.

The extremely slim female was the rudest person ever. Her action towards my elderly mother in law and myself was a KAREN. As we walked up to the door she put a out of lunch sign on the door. I ask through the door where did it say your lunch break time was from 1:40 to 2:40pm? She yell I'm closed and wouldn't even attempt to help. I saw her near the door when we pulled up so then noticed we were on our way to come in because we parked directly in front of the store. She proceeded to rush over to type up the out office letter and put the sign up. She filmed us as she left out the door as she played victim. She said she wasn't going to help us because I should have been nice and threatened to call the police if we come back. *AT&T allows their employees to do this is appalling. I called the corporate office and was told Eric the store manager would call me back he has yet to follow his employer's instructions.

Had a great experience upgrading phones in this store. Joseph was really helpful, as was Ryan.Best service I've had at an AT&T store. Again, Joseph really went the extra mile to help my wife and I; exceptional customer support.

Been having issues trying to get into my account and get upgrades I have went to two different stores already and have been turned away. Tried my luck again and was greeted by Joseph hands down the best sales rep from AT&T…walked out the store with my brand new upgrade and added line on top of him fixing my account. This will be my go to store from here on out.
