Employee was w 2 other customers says will be right w me . Employee asks what I needed across from room asked my question and employee smirked as in a laughing way , very uncomfortable moment did step out dissatisfied employee very unprofessional non caring.

Kaser was extremely helpful and kind. I came into the store 2 days in a row and he took care of me and deserves a raise. His coworker saw how busy he was and said he would be right with me and went in the back and did not come back out even when more customers came in. Kaser keeps a positive attitude even when busy and makes sure the customer is taken care of. Thank you Kaser!

I've been trying to get a hold of them since they opened at 10:00, I have called 8 times with no answer. I showed up to the store after the time they were supposed to have been open and there were no employees. It is now 11:20. And I've tried calling again with no answer. This is highly irresponsible.

I recently visited the AT&T store in Mesa and had an absolutely fantastic experience! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt genuinely valued as a customer. Jacob, the clerk who assisted me, went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were met.
He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain all my options without ever making me feel rushed. Whether it was answering my endless questions or helping me find the perfect plan, Jacob handled everything with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
It’s rare to come across someone who truly cares about customer satisfaction, and Jacob definitely made my visit a breeze. If you’re heading to AT&T Mesa, I highly recommend asking for Jacob – you won’t be disappointed! Thank you, AT&T Mesa, for the outstanding service! I’ll definitely be coming back.

Store opener wasn't ready to sell phones today. Stood around for 10-15 minutes after open, had to leave because at that rate nothing was getting done. Pick a better location.
