A store employee acknowledged me as soon as I walked in the store, they had all the items I was looking for, knew right away what I was looking for. Was able to apply the screen protector I was needing for me accurately. They were informative on all of it and gave me a discount on what I needed. Also informed me on the warranty of the items bought. I was very pleased with the service I received.

Went in to upgrade two iPhones that were "eligible" for an upgrade. We did that but then I get the bill stating that one phone was not returned within the time frame and that it shows as a $399.99 charge. They also charged me for an extra line I never requested. That charge was taken off at least. When I called ATT and explained the confusion, and they said to go into the store since they are the ones who were supposed to send the phone back. Come to find out this store had the old iPhone that was supposed to be returned as a trade in sitting in their "safe" for 2 months and it was NEVER returned!! Now ATT is saying they won't credit me even though it was the stores fault!!! The guys at this store are a mess and appear to be incompetent. I am filing a formal complaint as well. Update: had to call ATT again and wait over an hour on the line but they finally did the right thing and fixed all the billing issue, even the unnecessary late charges. Also, was told the manager, Adrian, was terminated due to previous complaints as well.

Lucas was fantastic!I took my aunt in to get a new phone. Not only did he help her he helped 4 other customers with out skipping a beat or leaving us feeling un attended. He was patient calm and cool.The customers of one group had issues and they needed alot of help. That young man is truly a multi Tasker! Give him a raise and a pat on the back!But definitely a raise!I recommend Lucas

I came in with a Broken IPad. Miles was able to get me a new one at a great cost the same exact Day. Miles was very professional and an all around likable guy!

Went on a Sunday and waited over 45 minutes until we were helped only to be helped on and off because there was one guy working. He kept jumping between customers so we were there for over 2 hours trying to do a simple number change. Instead when we got the bill he added a 3rd phone line and charged for the premium plan. When my fiancé went back today to talk to them about it and fix the issue, the kid was rude, put he's hands in my fiance's face and called him stupid. So unprofessional! Not to mention, they didn't resolve the issue at all and told us that we have continue paying for a phone we don't even have. It was stolen. Terrible customer service.

It’s time for an upgrade and I have been considering changing carriers for a while. I stopped by this store while out and had the chance to talk to Myles (sp?) about AT&T plans and upgrade options. He answered all my questions and was welcoming to not just me, but other customers who came in the store while I was there. I haven’t pulled the trigger yet on switching carriers but I definitely recommend having the conversation with Myles and the associates at this store. If that’s what we decide to do, we’ll definitely be back.

Though there was less foot traffic in the store, the store rep (Luis) that handled our issue was quite unprofessional in his interactions with us. In terms of resolving the issue, he didn't know the process and had to call another associate on the phone. Both of them kept trying to engage us in needless and frankly, improper banter that we were not comfortable with. Another associate in the store kept watching television on high volume until other customers came along, and we had to ask for the remote to mute it. While our service requests were completed, we did not like the time spent in the store. We have decided to take our business to a different AT&T store.

I worked with Adrian in August and again today about a phone for my elderly sister. He was very helpful in August and when I had questions about my bill today, he remembered the previous transaction and answered all my questions. I appreciate his help on both accounts.

Rude customer service. We were in the middle of talking on the phone, without warning or prompting he just transferred me to AT&Ts terrible phone 1800 customer service. Nice and professional. I called the store because it's a mile away. Lazy

Having issues with my phone service so I tried walking into the AT&T on Stapley Dr at 7:20pm and the doors were locked. I appreciate the great service. There’s some lazy guy just sitting in there closing the store almost an hour early. Store hours say 10-8 and closed at 7 great.

FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD - TURN AROUND!!! DON'T COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!THESE EMPLOYEES ARE LIARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sales rep Kaydin (THE WORST!!!!) and Tyren (UP SALES YOU WITH LIES)Don't do business with the horrible store manager Anthony and district manager Vanya. No accountability for what their employees did. Referred me to the customer service line.As a loyal customer of 22+ years. I came into this location. Here are the lies the 2 sales rep told me:* Upgrade my son's phone. The iPhone 13 is half off right now (promo) so the price will be $395.04. You can trade in his old phone for $350.00 and only have to pay the sales tax + the difference of $45.04. LIES - LIES - LIES : After calling AT&T - they tell me, you can not do a trade up with this promotion.* Upgrade your phone from the 11 to the iPhone 14max and you get 2 free airpods. You just have to pay for the sales taxes of 39.00. LIES - LIES - LIES : After calling AT&T - they tell me, they financed it for 12 months under your account of 41.00 which comes out to $500.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I called back to confirm this and Kaydin tells me, they are lying to me at AT&T customer service. That I should call them back SMH!!!!!!!!! What he didn't know was he was on speaker and I was on the line with AT&T customer service and they heard ALL his lies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I the spoke to the store manager Anthony and he says they maybe didn't explain it correctly. I have to call customer service. I speak to the District Manager Vanya and she was RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And said I have to call customer service.They were so QUICK to take my money in person and now there's problem, they send me to customer service SMH! Now I have to end up paying this amount when I wasn't supposed to SMH$500.00 2 air pods (Said it was free)$395.00 iPhone 13 (Said I can trade in an old phone)$56.94 Taxes iPhone 13$39 Taxes air pods$35 upgrade feeTotal: $1,025.94This is horrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've wasted OVER 8 hours of my life trying to get this fix and I'm STUCK paying it. Bad customer service and FRAUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I believe her name was either Monica or Monique but she went above and beyond to help me figure something out with my other phone. I will be going to that location for all my upgrades and will let my friends and family know about the customer service. Thank you
