Yesterday I had to go into the store, I purchased new phones for my kids and could not get them to transfer over right. Lucas was amazing there. He was helpful and patient and just very kind. It took a bit because I had 3 phone and he was wonderful the whole time. Thank you!!!

I popped into the AT&T Store on Val Vista Dr, and it was a really good experience. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Jacob made sure everything was taken care of and even checked in to make sure I had everything I needed before I left. It’s nice to see people who actually care about their customers, I’ll definitely go back if I need anything else!
