This store sold my husband a plan that was twice as much as promised. They did not explain what he was purchasing, and when the first bill came, it was twice as much as what they promised it would be. When trying to reach somebody at the store, the phone line just gets disconnected. When I finally did get a hold of someone they refused to help and said that it was past the date to make any kind of changes. Extremely disappointed at the lies and misinformation do not go to the store.

Not really sure what changed here other than employees. Have used this location multiple because I had such good experience in the past. But the last 2 times I had really bad service. Gave me wrong information. Acted like they did not want to help and sent me to other locations. Did not even access my account to see if they could help . Definitely will have to find another location if I need assistance.

I have been to many AT&T stores, but Nina from Greenfield is absolutely amazing. She has my highest recommendations. She exceeded my needs. Will be back.

If I could give zero I would. Walked in, young male employee was with the only other person in the room. Sat down and waited 3 or 4 minutes with out him even making eye contact. No hello. No be with you in a moment. Nothing. Went outside to wait. Husband finally came out and said let's go. A moment behind him the other customer walked out. I went back in to address the young man who had already crossed the room and sat down. I let him know of his lack of customer service skills and that the least he could have done was acknowledge our presence. His response was that we could leave. I'm being told that the store is not affiliated with AT&T just authorized to sell the products. I would recommend going to the store one block away on Val Vista. The world can't get the air that is wasted on him back...☹ Young thin African American man with braids.

In January I was given a phone that was on the 'black list', considered a stolen phone. The number Collin gave me is not even in thier system. It has been a nightmare since then. I recently had to cancel the credit card I used there as there were 5 fraudulent charges on my bill. He was a real piece of work. Taking advantage of an old woman with his B.S. At this time I am still trying to work out the issues he created for me. Shameful!

The employees are great and very nice thats why i give them one star, but the company policies are bad especially if you planing to change them to a deferent company they make it so difficult to you to change.

Cannot make keyboard letters larger. Visually impaired. Basically after talking to 6 employees was told don't have capabilities. FCC and American Disability says otherwise. Finally told to contact manafacture of phone. When you go return something at stores they replace it if have issue. We are never told to get a hold of manufacturer. Reported this to a investigator on the news. Being a federal law I wrote to the FCC. How can a phone not have that option to enlarge fonts. This is 2023 the laws have changed

This company employs liars .. I went in to buy my husband a new watch the series 9 to be exact and they sold me an se 2nd and told me that watch just came out last month and low and behold they sent the receipt to my husband email and the watch came out last year . Needless to say we got a problem

Very disappointing customer service. My brother and I Just switched over from T-Mobile to AT&T. Went in to get my new phone set up. It could not be more obvious from the man working here that me coming in was the biggest inconvenience to him even though they weren’t busy. While transferring over the data from my phone he didn’t transfer any of my texts messages, apps,or files. Just pictures and contacts. With the data transfer you can only do it once so all that information is lost on my old phone. Unless I want to wipe everything and do it again . Very disappointing service .

I want to thank David Lopez for his professional and excellent service on 9/14. David help me update my family's cell plan to one that included hotspot service. In the end the deal wound up being better financially for us, thanks to David's expertise. He reviewed all the options with me and we found one that worked best for our needs.
