Both Edgardo & DJ were exceptional in their customer service skills. There was a huge problem getting the new phones to synch properly & the watches weren’t syncing at all. After 4 days & several hours with both working diligently both phones were finally fully operational. Both Edgardo & DJ were extremely diligent in troubleshooting; they are a valuable asset to ATT.

I walked into the store 1909 N. Power Rd., to get a problem solved. Edgardo, acknowledged me, and said he would be with me in a minute. I explained to him my issues, he gave me the correct customer service # to call and wished me well. I found out it was his very first day at that location, he was friendly and knowledgeable. I will go to that store specifically to ask for his assistance in the future. Thank you, Edgardo!!!

Andy was great! Listened to what I wanted and didn’t try to add any extra features I didn’t want unlike other stores I’ve visited. Had my parents added to my account from Verizon and we were in and out in less than half an hour. That’s the way it should work.

I have been very frustrated with my service with Verizon, although ive tried for years to switch we have been very ambivalent about switching carriers after such a long time, even though their customer service sux!! Verizon switched our family plan that we've been on for years and didn't tell us so my bill has been near $400 a month for the last 8 months bit everytime I went in the store to talk to them about the high bill they'd give me the runaround n say we were on an old plan and each member on different plans, we have 4 lines.hours later id just leave the store even more frustrated because they couldnt tell me why it was so high n sd if i wanted to lower my plan i needed to upgrade all phones, which we're not willing to do, n change plans again! So i drcided to go to AT&T, i talked to Ben and explained my situation, he was able to explain in detail how i was getting billed and how they could help me keep the same benefits with unlimited everything WITHOUT changing my phones and get my bill lowered by half! Done deal! I'm very happy I decided to make the switch, thank you for the xcellent customer service. “I can't say enough positive things about this store, the staff was incredibly friendly and approachable, especially Ben who was readily available to answer my tins of questions and provide assistance. He made me feel welcomed and valued as a customer unlike the other place! I hope you can hear me now Verizon! Thankyou AT&T! I'm a satisfied happy customer!

The man speaking Spanish on his phone took forever to acknowledge that I was there. Then continued to talk on his phone and ask me what I needed. When I told him I needed to change my number he wouldn’t let me do it because my husband is the accountant holder and I’m just an “accessory”. I would need to bring my husband in if I wanted to change it. I felt like I went back 60 years and was not happy! As I was leaving I said “I should have never switched from Verizon”. The kid said “you have every right to switch back” with a cocky smile on his face.
This is a 3rd party store. Go to the CORPORATE store at 1411 S Power Rd instead. The service there is fabulous!!!

I was thinking about switching to at&t and Cody and Ben made the decision easy. They told me I could get $1000 off my new z flip and everything my last service had for cheaper! Definitely worth the switch and the customer service was exceptional! Thank you guys!

My Wife and I came in to the store got my wife a new phone . After I purchased one for my self from the Manager Cody . Would highly recommend coming to see him and the staff .
