Sandra was wonderfully helpful. She answered all my questions and set everything up on my new phone. She also helped me with installing every thing even putting on my new screen protector and case and getting me the accessories I needed. BEST customer service I have ever had!!

Knowland was the worst advisor here. he didn't want to help us because the store was closing and said he wanted to go home. All I needed to do was add insurance. For how much we spend in this store we should not be treated this way. Don't hire kids who don't want to work or take care of your customers..

On Saturday July 27th, I came in to break off a couple numbers from another family members plan and we were greeted by an older gentleman at the door. I unfortunately didn’t catch his name but the gentleman was very professional and quick in getting the numbers transferred to my own plan and did a very great job answering all my questions!

I was directed by AT&T Customer service representstive to visit a store for help with SIM card. On July 21, 2024 I did go to this store at 1411 S.Power Rd. in Mesa, AZ , at 4 p.m.
A salesman with no name tag had come over.
I explained the situation where my SIM card was blocked and required PUK code to unlock and before I had made a request for a new SIM card, the sales person said " We can't help with PUK codes", recommended me to call the AT&T customer service and walked away.
He then joined another 3 salesmen in the store who were sitting at the same table socializing with each other.
There were no other customers there at the moment.
I called the customer service again while being at the store and explained the situation to the agent. He advised me to ask for a new SIM card. I called out to the group of salesman " Can I get help, please" and the same salesman came over with an annoyed facial expression, then he got a new SIM card, placed it on the table in gront of me and walked away.
I continued to remain in the store with an agent on the phone trying to resolve the card issue. At some point I called out to the group of 4 salesman again asking for help again.
Finally at 4:52 p.m. the customer service agent on the phone managed to help me to unlock my phone.
I was outraged by the lack of help from the store salesman. They preferred to sit, chat and laugh between themselves and play with their personal phones during their work hours rather than helping a customer.
Poor service, rude and obnoxious men. None of them wore a name tag.
