“I have always received excellent customer service from Laticia in the Roger Downey State Farm office. Especially with my latest insurance renewal. I was looking to make adjustments to my policies to reduce the premiums. Laticia made some suggestions, I spent time with her on various policy changes and resulting impact of the premiums She was very patient and understanding. We finally settled on a set of adjustments and premiums. State Farm beat out the other insurance companies I was using for comparison. The State Farm website did not seem to have the latest updates, but she was able to email me the info I needed. 5 stars to Laticia.”

In other words, it's not just a simple matter of all State Farm Agents are the same since the overarching company is still State Farm. The detailed training and attention to detail are different within the office of each Agent. “Excellent service by Kamerin! She was super friendly! I was with Progressive for years, so I decided to test the waters for new insurance. I had about 40 emails and calls within 2 min but Kamerin’s email stuck out for many reasons. It wasn’t the exact same layout and subject line as the other 49! After clicking on it, the quote was in the email and didn’t have to go clicking another 30 times just to get the quote. I called her and she answered every question perfectly! If I were you, I’d call and ask for Kamerin. She’s the best!!”
“If you are wondering what has happed to customer service in the age of 800 numbers with their long menu of help options and recorded messages, well it still exists. State Farm has an 800 number, but if you want personalized customer care you can call the office and speak to a friendly professional. No need to find the right option or wait on hold for a “real person”. I am not used to having a local agent. I guess it’s Old School, but Retro certainly works for me. I spoke with Shiela Duffy to switch coverage for auto and home. The rates were good, but I wasn’t sure what it would be like to work with a local office. I am used to working on line or talking to a call center where the level of experience and training is not always consistent. When you need information or help, you may not get the best answer, or worse yet, any answer at all. Sheila set up my policies quickly and efficiently, and all questions and concerns were handled professionally. It is always a pleasure to speak to her and she encouraged me to call during business hours and talk to her directly whenever I needed any help. I feel confident that she is looking out for my best interest. I would highly recommend this State Farm office.”
