Called to ask about a part I wanted for my Camry and the person that answered the phone sounded as if was a bother to them or something, I feel like if I’m spending my money at an establishment and supporting your business at least have the common courtesy to extend some pleasantry in your attitude, even if you’re having a bad day suck it up, I work too and I have to make sure customers feel important and appreciated.

Employees can't be bothered to even acknowledge your presence when you walk in, especially the females. The first time I visited, I was a bit pleased to see women working in the automotive industry, but quickly changed my impression when the ladies working were dismissive and standoffish. The men working were friendly, but not present at first. Maybe the woman are supposed to be the face of the business?

the girl that "helped" me wasn't really helpful and she prioritized her conversations with her coworkers more than my check engine light inquiries. Super inconsiderate.

I havent found a single autozone that the people behind the desk hv any idea what there doing half the time when ive asked them a ? They have to look it up. I just think they should have some knowledge of what there selling cause half the time there giving direction and when u dont know the part where do u hv the knowledge to even know where it goes. I mean i love having a parts store. But dont go there if ur needing knowledge on said part.

The employees consume drugs outside the facility before going to work, they do not have a good attitude when serving customers, they do not know about auto parts, they should be given better training to serve the public, if you are a woman they can treat you badly, today I went and a boy hit the computer screen 2 times and hard. I had to go to another Autozone, specifically the one on Southern and they sold me what the other guy didn't know how to look for on the computer and it should be noted that they treated me extremely well!!! You can check the cameras.

My car wasn't staring and I was fairly certain it was the battery. They did their test and it came back as a bad battery but the dude said it wasn't the battery and to take it somewhere else. A couple days later I took it back to AutoZone because I was still certain it was the battery. They ran the test and confirmed it was the battery that was causing the issues. They said they would replace it since it had a warranty. I was told it would cost $22. When the dude ran me up, it said $285. When I asked it went up he said "because of tax". 😂 Bro like what?! Walked out and took it to a different AutoZone that replaced it for free.

I worked there for a couple weeks I felt discriminated t against the moment I walked in the door .the whole staff was Hispanic..I'm white..Ill give you an example they would all order food together and never even asked if I wanted anything.....everyday they did that until i spent money on donuts for everyone thinking it might help but it didnt .. the whole time I worked there i couldnt even get a name tag

A bunch of super rude children working here. Do not recommend. Also the sign was turned off more than a half hour before close, so I nearly missed the place.
