Not a fun experience, please sell me what I need, not the first thing that comes up on the computer.
I called specifically looking for ceramic brake pads. They confirm they had them and that they would set them aside for me. When I got there, they had semi metallic on the table.
Not knowing the difference, I asked them to inform to which they got defensive and told me to just look at the box (the box did not have any information on pad types, only information about wear patterns on rotors).
I ended up leaving with the semi metallic and after putting them on my car, I hate the squeal sound and the orange rust they make. I only needed one tires worth of pads after breaking one of my ceramic pads from my last set. All other wheels have ceramic.
The ceramic sounds way better and after specifically asking for ceramic, I am unhappy with my sales rep for selling me something that they should know better than to sell. I can't even get a return on these since I've put them on my car. It took me putting them on to know that they are very different and not ceramic. Wtf.

I was so blessed today for Megan P to help me with my lights on my car. It's always hard going into a place with nothing but men most of the time and asking for help. I have been having a busy and long day already. Megan was awesome we had a great talk a little about cars and she knew how to help. Thank you again for your help Megan. 🙏🏿

Walked in, picked up my coolant & rang myself up, & walked out with my purchase. Ba da Bing! NO problem. The only thing I have to say was really bad at this location was the employees. I mean, how about their complete lack of concern, or interest in having any interaction at all with their customers? I don't think anybody even noticed I was ever there.

Juan runs an AMAZING TEAM. Everyone is always super helpful and knows what they're doing. Store is always clean and organizando. Everyone is quick to leave bad reviews but no one ever takes the time to leave a good one. Especially when it's deserved.
