Always have younge co workers who get hired/released. But occasionally they've got workers who know what they're doing. Idk they're not consistent when it comes to good service.

Lady in there that works mornings isn't very customer friendly unless you're a regular apparently. She acts like we're supposed to know or remember that there's a self checkout now and gets annoyed if we don't. Also I went in there to buy some coolant and accidentally dropped it on my way out because I have a sprained wrist and immediately went back in to see if I'd be able to swap it out for a new one. Keep in mind I was honest about why it was leaking and she said no because it was my fault for dropping it. I mean I'm in customer service too and I feel like I would've done it for her if it was the other way around...its all good. I have plenty of other Oriellys around my area I could go to instead.

Purchased an expensive Dorman Hose assembly which failed in just over a year. Brought my original receipt and was informed "That" specific assembly came with no warranty. Employee at this location was extremely dismissive and rude when asking simple questions about it. I've been working on cars as a hobby and professionally for 25+ years and I will never purchase so much as a washer from Autozone ever again.

All the regular store associates at this location are great and have very good customer service skills, however, the assistant store manager (or maybe store manager) Jacob? has possibly the worst attitude I have ever experienced. He literally sounded like he had just gotten a divorce, kids taken away and has been served with court papers. Please have him watch some customer service videos.

Had a battery problem. David C knew exactly what to do and what battery to get. Within minutes he put the new battery on without us even asking. Best service I’ve seen anywhere in a while. Just made our night David!

Man with ponytail at counter unwilling to help (Sunday 1/21/24 3:45pm). I wanted my car to be tested for maintenance issues and he did not assist he said it’s due for an oil change before I could even speak. I know my car does not need an oil change yet so that is not the issue.
